DETAILS: Dock Holiday is an impeccable 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house that can accommodate 8 guests in more than 2,600 square feet of living space. Located in the Ovation development, this property enjoys access to 2 community pools, a gym, and tennis courts. Guests will love the stunning Bay views, private dock, screened-in porch, and nearby beach access.

This stilted beachfront home features a reverse floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor for gorgeous Forgotten Coast views. A stylish and well-equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. The dining area—with a table that can easily accommodate 8—is located off the kitchen. Access to the screened-in porch, with its Adirondack chairs and gas grill, is located off the dining room. The spacious living room, with 2 sofas and a TV, is perfect for family gatherings or admiring the breathtaking views. There’s a laundry room on this floor to keep beach gear fresh and clean.

After a wonderful day at the beach, guests can retire to the 4 comfortable bedrooms located on the first floor. There’s 1 primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom with king beds and Bay views, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bunk room with a full-over-full bed and a twin-over-twin bed—ideal for kids or young adults.

For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the ground level—ideal for getting the sand off after a day at the beach.
