This stilted beachfront home features a reverse floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor for gorgeous Forgotten Coast views. A stylish and well-equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. The dining area—with a table that can easily accommodate 8—is located off the kitchen. Access to the screened-in porch, with its Adirondack chairs and gas grill, is located off the dining room. The spacious living room, with 2 sofas and a TV, is perfect for family gatherings or admiring the breathtaking views. There’s a laundry room on this floor to keep beach gear fresh and clean.
After a wonderful day at the beach, guests can retire to the 4 comfortable bedrooms located on the first floor.
