The home was great. Kitchen fully stocked with almost any appliance/utensils you could need which was amazing. AC worked like a charm and kept the home cool our entire stay.
Our only “issues” were with the cleanliness of the pool, which we addressed on day 2. (A large amount of sand in the bottom of the pool) However, it was never vacuumed out during our stay. Another issue was the Dish network was out and had to be completely replaced while we were there. The NR team worked to get that done as quickly as they possibly could. It was just an unfortunate coincidence. The final issue was trash. The cans were full upon arrival and were never emptied. We had a ton of trash with a party of 10, so this did become an inconvenience for us.
We would book again. It was 6 adults, 4 kids (ages 1,2,4,6) and they enjoyed everything the home offered. Especially the bunk room and the open living space. The home is perfect for families traveling together.
