*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs (40 lbs or less) for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.

This was our third time to a Florida beach house for vacation. This house and 360 blue far exceeded our past vacations. The house was super clean and soooo nice. 360 was very helpful when needed. We had peaceful walks on the beach, family time in the pool, and card games inside at night. All a Mom wants is for everyone to have a good time together. That was definitely achieved at this magical place.
