A sunlit living space greets guests upon entering. Wicker furniture, beach décor, and a shiplap ceiling feature throughout the great room, and the vinyl hardwood flooring is great for cleaning and sand removal. In the living area, curl up on the plush sofa and stream a family favorite on the 43” Smart TV after a day of fun in the sun! High-end appliances, including an induction stove, are in the fully equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing the catch of the day into a delicious meal. Up to 6 guests can gather at the dining table, with 3 more seats at the breakfast bar. On the screened-in porch is a table for 4 and a twin bed porch swing. Spend a quiet afternoon enjoying the salty air or sip an evening cocktail as the pastel sunset stretches across the sky. The primary bedroom is on this floor with a king bed, 40” Smart TV, a private bathroom, and Gulf views.
