DETAILS: Livin’ it Lovin’ it is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Panama City Beach home located directly across the street from a beach access. Guests will love the Gulf views, a luxurious private saltwater pool, outdoor entertainment area, and the quiet, residential area, where the beaches are never crowded. Completely remodeled in 2022!
A peaceful front porch welcomes guests to Livin’ it Lovin’ it. Stepping inside, guests will find a convenient open storage area by the stairs—ideal for beach bags and bulky toys. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom has a shower/tub combo and enjoys views of the beach access and the Gulf beyond. A bunkroom has built-in twin-over-twin and queen-over-queen bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the hall is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and views of the front porch and the Gulf beyond.
Guests will love spending time in the backyard’s covered pavilion and the custom-designed heated saltwater pool and sitting spa. An outdoor kitchen with a sink, professional gas grill, and gas cooktop with a power burner flanks a dining table and sitting area surrounding a wood-burning fireplace. A TV sitting area is in view from the spa, perfect for watching games. An incredible saltwater pool with a beautiful sparkly polished pebble tec surface (no scratched feet or swimsuit tears here with this custom smooth surface) has a sitting spa with 2 sitting shelves on either side. A wide sun shelf with bubblers and LED lights is a fun spot for little ones to splash and play while the big kids cool off in the pool. A sun deck complete with loungers and umbrella make for relaxing poolside reading. And, 2 in-pool ledge loungers surrounded by architected tropical landscaping make this oasis complete. An outdoor shower on the side of the house makes going from beach to home less of a sandy mess.
Outdoor stairs lead up from the pool deck to the home’s back deck and living area on the second floor, or guests can use the interior stairs. This spacious living area is furnished with comfy slip-covered sofas surrounding a large flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors reveal incredible Gulf views and open to the home’s front balcony. It’s a lovely place to enjoy warm beach breezes and watch for dolphins. Around the corner is a dining table that seats 8 and an open kitchen with an island that seats 4 designed with the gulf views in mind. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a farmhouse sink create an inviting area to prepare and enjoy meals.
It’s easy to explore this peaceful beach community on 3 included adult bikes. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options are close by at Pier Park, and it’s a short drive to the popular 30A area. With these Gulf views and this luxurious pool and outdoor space, Livin’ it Lovin’ it will book quickly.
