DETAILS: Located in the gated South Beach community of Cape San Blas, Cape Indulgence is an elegant 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front retreat with panoramic ocean views and a private boardwalk to the beach. Between 5 bedrooms and a bonus room, there are plenty of accommodations for up to 14. With incredible amenities, such as a private pool, sitting spa, and wraparound deck, guests will love staying here.

With spacious entertainment areas indoors and out, this 4-story home opens with a covered alfresco dining and grilling area on the ground floor—featuring a small fire pit, and outdoor lounge space. Just beneath the covered entry is a private swimming pool and spill-over spa. An outdoor shower and fish-cleaning station add convenience, while a doggie door and fenced-in pet area make it easy to bring the four-legged members of your family.

Just inside the formal entryway is a private elevator, which whisks guests (and their luggage) to the second level. An open-concept great room greets everyone with natural light and elegant decor, including a self-playing mini grand piano. Claim a recliner and unwind in front of the TV with the recently updated furniture, get cozy in the seating area by the gas fireplace, or take in the sea air on the impressive wraparound deck. There are plenty of places to lounge! In the evening, gather around the two 6-seat dining tables to accommodate 12 or 4 seats at the breakfast bar for a large family dinner. A gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, high-end appliances, 2 refrigerators, and a wine cooler for easy meal prep and entertaining. When it’s time for bed, there are 2 guest bedrooms on this floor, both with a shared bathroom.

Guests will find 3 comfortable bedrooms and a laundry room on the third floor. There is 1 primary bedroom with a gas fireplace and access to a private deck, and 2 additional bedrooms—1 guest bedroom with access to a private balcony and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin beds.

Above the third floor, accessible only from a screened-in breezeway, is a private bonus room with a TV. This space is ideal for older kids and teens and is often referred to as “The Hangout.” Guests of this room can access a shared bathroom on the third floor.
