Guests have access to the community pool located right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk away! The bright, open-plan living area is located on the main level of the home. Here you’ll find a stylish, well-equipped kitchen, replete with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area is located just off the kitchen and features a large dining table with seating for eight. The cozy living room is located adjacent to the dining area. Replete with a flat screen TV, plush sofa, and two accent chairs, this is the perfect spot to gather at the end of a fun-filled day on the beach. There is also a full bath with a shower-over tub off the living area. Access to the screened-in porch with outdoor furniture is located off the living room. Here, guests can kick back and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the fresh sea air. Choose to get a good night’s sleep in the king-sized primary bedroom with a private bath—replete with a standing walk-in shower and double sinks—a flat-screen smart TV, or choose from one of 2 additional bedrooms furnished with 1 queen bed, and the bunk room having 1 full over full bunk bed and 1 full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. For your convenience, this home has room for four cars. There is also a washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor shower. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 13) First Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower Only Second Floor: Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Utilizes Common Area Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo Bunk Room: Full-over-Full, Full-over-Full Bunk Beds and Twin Trundle Bed, Utilizes Common Area Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo *Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way! *We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters. *The road this home is on does occasionally hold water in two spots. During abnormally high rainfall, it can require an SUV to access. *Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

    This house was perfect for our family. Well stocked and nice layout. Steps to the beach was a huge plus. Only thing that went wrong was the code we were given to get in did not work. We had to get after hour help which finally came through with a code that worked. Otherwise perfect stay!!

    Nice home with a few steps onto home's large front porch. Small fenced back yard. Close to small community pool & boardwalk to ocean. Grill needs to be replaced...was very dirty/rusty.

    Had a great experience. Upon arrival house was clean. Well stocked with needed items for our visit. Area is quiet & relaxing & close to dining & shopping when needed. Would definitely use 360 again & stay in area!
