DETAILS: Reel Chill is an impressive 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in historic Port. St. Joe—an area renowned for its off-shore fishing—that sleeps 17. This Gulf-front retreat is only steps from the beach and offers breathtaking views of the Forgotten Coast. Guests will love the trendy beach décor, private pool, and access to the in-home elevator that stretches to the top-floor sundeck.
The ground floor offers incredible entertainment for the whole family! Swim in the pristine waters of the pool or sunbathe on any of the 4 lounger chairs that can also be pulled under the covered patio for a reprieve from the sunshine. There's also a ping-pong table for added entertainment. So much fun!
Reel Chill vibes set the tone for guests who enter this exquisite 3-story home, with modern light fixtures, seaside-inspired art, and shiplap ceilings. The open-concept layout maximizes each space of the first-floor great room as wall-to-wall windows invite guests in for astounding waterfront views. The classically designed kitchen features granite countertops, an ornate backsplash, and a kitchen island surrounded by white cabinets. A wood table with 10 slat-back chairs ensures friends and family have a place to gather for dinner, while the eye-catching living area provides a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and 2 rattan chairs to unwind on—and a shuffleboard table adds some fun to this space too! Through the French doors is a Gulf-facing deck, perfect for grilling out and dining alfresco. There is 1 king guest bedroom on this floor for added convenience.
Upstairs, guests can retire to 3 second-floor bedrooms after a long day at the beach. Sleep tight in the bunk room with 1 full-over-full bunk and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed or in the 1 queen guest bedroom and 1 king guest bedroom, with access to a covered deck and comfy outdoor furniture.
Reach new heights on the third floor, where the remaining guest bedroom is located, featuring a king bed with a twin-over-king bunk bed and access to a private sundeck.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.

Beautiful home with large bedrooms, kitchen, family room and bathrooms. Great views and easy beach access. Great location with awesome pool to cool off after a full day on the beach. Will rent again for sure !
