our sixth time to stay here, we love it. we called about the water pressure from day 1 and were always told they were looking into it and it NEVER got fixed during our week there. For the money we paid, it should have been addressed. The staff is top notch and the location and property is awesome. The washer and dryer in this unit was very good and we had to call on several issues which got resolved except for the water pressure. We absolutely love this place and have recommended to others for years now.

Thank you for being such a loyal guest at Villa Coyaba. We truly value having your trust in us with your beach getaways. We sincerely apologize that you felt the water pressure was never properly addressed. We had our vendor go to the property, and they found that the pressure loss occurred when four or more fixtures were running simultaneously. This produces strain on most systems. It is also worth noting that a new Booster Pump System in the building ensures there are no pressure issues. We hope you will join us again next year for a smoother stay! It is always a pleasure to have you as our guest.

Wonderful time! Condo was great - few minor cosmetic issues but nothing major. Beach was wonderful! There were 9 of us and the four bedrooms worked perfectly! Will definitely rent unit again!
