It also has exclusive access to a private, screened-in porch. Adjacent are 2 twin beds in the guest room with a private bathroom. The kitchen and living area are upstairs, with an additional balcony overlooking the Watercolor neighborhood. Stainless-steel appliances and premium cabinetry line the gourmet kitchen, with a dining table that seats 6. An additional dining area is on the balcony with more seating for dinner with a view. The cozy living room also features a brand new large smart tv. A twin over twin bunk room down the hall can sleep 2 more guests and has a private half-bathroom attached.     The condo was clean and exactly as described. I won’t be staying again in watercolor though because the HOA has too many rules. We like a laid back care free vacation and I did not enjoy phone calls about our golf cart cords not being allowed. I also didn’t appreciate a citation where I parked my cart even though there were no signs that said no parking. I would use 360 blue again.

    Wonderful stay and great location! The wristband policy for young children is inconvenient and seems unnecessary.
