Tucked Gulf-front against the rolling dunes of Cape San Blas in the quiet Gulf Pines neighborhood, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and welcomes 2 furry loved ones. Enjoy tranquil days of sandcastles, sunbathing, and spectacular sunsets. Guests will love relaxing on the screened porch and enjoying the private walkway to the peaceful, uncrowded beach—right off the back patio.
This charming stilt-style bungalow features an open ground level made for beach fun. Fire up the grill and enjoy barbecue at the Gulf-side picnic table or follow the walkway past the swaying sea oats to the white sand and sparkling waters. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off upon returning.
Take the exterior staircase up to the main level, adorned with soothing pale green walls and deep blue furnishings. Turn right to find a beautifully appointed kitchen, bright with natural light and boasting a 2-stool breakfast bar for quick bites and entertaining. To the left, a wooden dining table seats 6 for formal meals, and oversized picture windows frame views of the glimmering Gulf. Continue into the living space, where a couch, loveseat, and 2 woven chairs surround the TV and beckon for quiet nights unwinding together. Step onto the screened-in porch, furnished with a picnic table and comfortable seating, to take in the sprawling water view or toast the pastel sunset. At the evening’s end, choose between the 2 guest bedrooms featuring a king bed and private bathroom or the bunk room with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk. The living area’s queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping accommodations. For convenience, there’s a side-by-side washer and dryer in the closet.

Gorgeous home. Nice and clean. Up to date decor. Plenty of space for my family 7 adults and 1 infant. It’s on the beach so convenient with an infant. Porch is wonderful a nice place to drink coffee in the morning. The only complaint I had was one of the screen porch doors didn’t lock (could have been that we didn’t do it right ) and the master bedrooms remote was missing.

We absolutely loved this home. Perfect location and community. Quiet and peaceful with amazing views. The house was fully equipped, decorated beautifully and the screened in porch was a great bonus. The only off-putting moment was when the inspector for the realtor was outside waiting at 8:45am with checkout not being until 10:00am. We would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, private home located directly on beach. Well-appointed floor plan. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen with cabinet space for groceries. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Excellent experience for my family which includes my husband and our 3 grown kids. Looking forward to visiting again. The only negative was the ocean water was murky but humans can’t control that.

We have stayed in the same area for over 20 years because our friends used to own a place so we are obviously very fond of the area. It’s so peaceful and quiet!!
The house has a nice floor plan with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It has amazing beach views and access to the beach.
The biggest negative is it’s not very well equipped with some simple essentials and the house did have a slight dog odor.
We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The home was wonderful as always (this was our 4th year in a row!!!). We experienced some minor issues over the month (eg the fireplace did not work, the TV's volume went dead and the A/C started blowimng hot air) but 360 has ALL these issues addressed either the same day or the next day replacing the TV and having a HVAC firm repair the AC. The unit was spotless and the experience excellent!!!

We've rented through 360 Blue for a number of years. It's always a super-smooth experience and we love the little touches, like starter kits for the bathroom and kitchen. This was our second summer at Beachfront Bungalow and, again, we loved it! We were plagued by murky bay water and double red flags throughout the week, so we cruised up and down the coast taking in the sights and experiences from Mexico Beach all the way down to Eastpoint. The house was perfectly situated. They obviously did some updates since we visited last year and the kitchen looks lovely! The bathrooms and screened-in porch are due for deep cleans. We're already exploring the 360 Blue website for next year's rental!!

One of the porch doors lock was broke. We were told it was locked from the outside but it wasn’t. It also took us 2 days of calling to get someone to come and fix the TV. They said they came while we were out. They didn’t because the TV still didn’t work when we came in. When another guy came Monday morning he moved some cables around and it started to work. He was very helpful. We were without TV from the time we checked in on Saturday until mid morning on Monday. Each time we called they always said they would call back and let us know when someone would be coming. We never received a call back. The welcome gift was very nice.

We had a such a great visit at Beach Bungalow! We had a couple sea turtle nests protected right out front and enjoyed paddling the water out in front of the house. And DON'T MISS stargazing. The views were incredible. We almost missed it! We discovered it on our last night and were blown away. We made some amazing memories this year. And 360 Blue gave really great service - they responded quickly to one repair request we had and left little touches around the house that made it feel homier. Can't wait till next year!

I'm in commercial property management in Atlanta and have been for the past 33 years. I must say that 360 has been the best property management experience we've had since we started vacationing on Indian Pass in 1990. I had a small snafu on this trip whereby the turkey I had ordered for Thanksgiving came too early and arrived when the previous guests were still at the house. I called the PM office and the representative handled my problem with ease and efficiency and I arrived with my turkey waiting on me in the refrigerator. Nicely done! And I must say what a nice touch in offering to replenish the propane tanks with just a call; the marketing of the 360 boxes of goodies is genius and how nice that the team at 360 takes the trash cans out for the guests. 360 is AMAZING! The only complaint we have is that we had two guys show up for service. One guy showed up from the gas company to check the fireplace. He knocked and we let him in. However the pest control man just started typing in his code to come on in? In both instances it would have been nice to at least got a phone call or message that they would be onsite and to be expecting them. Especially if they have access and can come right in.

The house needed some repairs and was dated. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked, one measuring cup, no measuring spoons, the vegetable peeler was almost useless. The washer wouldn’t spin the clothes very well and we had to dry clothes over and over to get them dry. The gas fireplace worked the first couple of days, then went out, the maintenance guy came but couldn’t fix it, then we called two more days but no one came. But, the house was well situated to the beach and the bedroom arrangements were perfect for our family.

We are always pleased with the service we receive. This year we did have a problem the WiFi. We could connect but the there was no internet service coming into the house. We had maintenance come in and two of our group who are very familiar with this, said it was a problem with the internet provider. There was no service on the landline. That never really got resolved in the time we were there. Overall our experience is always superior. That's why we come back every year.

Dawn was awesome with her text to me the day before the trip...she was there when we arrived and saw that the grill was rotted out and she got a new grill delivered to the house shortly after that...and we had no wifi service so I texted Dawn and we had a handyman there on a Sunday to trouble shoot and get it fixed. Basically, I gave a 10 because of Dawn. I am currently waiting to hear back from the NR staff to confirm my booking for next year.

Beachfront bungalow was a beautiful home that had everything we could possibly need. The screened in porch was wonderful for ocean views. We even saw dolphins in the morning. My family had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to scheduling another visit.

We love the quiet beauty and serenity of the area. The house has everything you need for comfort and relaxation. The colors of the house and furnishings flow with nature outside.
We spent most of our time walking the beach and relaxing on the screened porch with our dog, Abby. Having a private boardwalk to the beach is a plus. This is the best place for us to forget “what day it is” and be completely at peace.

The minute you walk in you feel the tension releasing. The design fit our needs perfectly as it’s open living dining area has floor to ceiling windows so you can see the beach from any location. The screened porch was a favorite during heat of day.

We visited in early September for an annual 3-sisters and spouses getaway. The house is very nice. He enjoyed the screened back porch. Furnishings, kitchen utensils, and appliances were well-planned. The refrigerator even has an ice maker. Bonus electronics include a Blu-ray player. The new floors are really nice. The location is superb. Since you are not out on the Cape, you can get to Port St. Joe or Apalachicola quicker. The beach was excellent, not crowded and a short walk from the house. The house is in a quiet residential subdivision. The washer broke during our stay. Matt Elliott and his Natural Retreats team were on it. They kept us informed and Matt helped install the new washer himself. Excellent service. Overall, the time of year is a perfect time to visit, the owners care about their guests. and the Natural Retreats team have your back. We want to come back every September.

We stayed in mid August and it was almost like having a private beach to ourselves.
The shallow portion of the ocean extends farther than usual at this location. So the water isn't super clear, here, but it's great if you have kids that you don't want getting too deep too quickly.

My husband, son, dog and myself visited late July. The home is amazing. Beautiful, clean, very relaxing and peaceful. We basically lived on the screened in back porch. I ran on the beach every morning. Only downside is there is not much to do in the area, so my 15 year old son was kinda bored. But we drove into PCB a couple times for him. Overall great place for a relaxing vacation. No crowds in the beach

Such a beautiful place to vacation with family/pets. The vay k gear was awesome as well as the explore program. The manager and her husband were very responsive to our needs after thunderstorms knocked out our cable. They went above and beyond to address our concerns. Great company to deal with!

We visited this home in the beginning of March 2018. We had a large group and the home was plenty big to accommodate and not feel crowded. The beaches were clean and we all loved the area. There was just the right amount of sightseeing and relaxing. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins swimming from right off our porch and having bonfires on the beach.
Our only complaint would be that the water heater seemed to be undersized. There was enough hot water for two people to shower and then we had to wait for it to heat up again. Would definitely love to come back! We had a great time

Although the weather did not cooperate for most of the stay, it was a wonderful relaxing time just watching the world ,the water, the birds and the dolphin go by! I would stay here again no matter what the weather!

We spent 10 days at Beachfron Bungalow in Sept. This house was selected because of having a wonderful, large screened in porch all across the front of the house and a private boardwalk out to the dunes/beach and it did not disapoint us. The house itself has a very good arrangement for a family to use. This is the 4th time we have been to Cape San Blas and this is the best house we have rented.
Only reasons this house did not get a 5 star rating is because of 3 issues that did not get a satisfactory response from the owners. The 1st issue was that the TVs in 2 of the bedrooms did not pick up any channels and when the cable guys came to check it out, they said that it did not appear that cable had ever been hooked up and they would have to talk to the owners before they proceeded. Never heard back from anyone. We didn't pursue it because we were not on vacation to watch TV and the other 2 TVs were enough, but if there had been children, it would have been a problem. 2nd issue was ants in the kitchen. Pest control was sent right away and we were fine for 6 days, then they were back. We have stayed at the beach in FL many times in the last 40 yrs. and only 1 other time, on Sanibel Island in a cottage that was on the ground, have we had this problem. We were leaving in 2 days so we didn't call back. 3rd. the door on the porch had a latch that would not hold unless the door was locked, that was reported, but never repaired. It was a problem because we had 2 small dogs with us.

We just returned from a week at Beachfront Bungalow and loved it! The house was very clean, plenty of space for me and my husband, our 2 college aged kids and their 2 friends. Everything was as as nice as the pictures, which isn't always the case! The Natural Retreats team was excellent to work with from initial booking all the way through our vacation and I look forward to working with them again!

Enjoyed our week at the beach ...watching the dolphins in the afternoon, fishing, searching for treasures (shells) and seeing the bald eagle.
