This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house sleeps 7 comfortably and is located on the Forgotten Coast in North Cape San Blas. Guests will love the private pool, fish cleaning station, propane grill—and being 100 feet away from white sand beaches that stretch for miles.
This single-story, stilted beach house offers plenty to do on the ground floor—swim in the private pool, relax on the colorful Adirondack chairs, or dine alfresco on the picnic table. There’s also a fish cleaning station with a sink and a propane grill to prepare the fresh catch of the day, as well as an outdoor shower for sandy feet.
Ascend the stairs to the vibrant great room with tall ceilings, exposed wood beams, and large picture windows that perfectly frame the breathtaking views of the Forgotten Coast. In the living area, natural textures and creamy coastal colors invite guests to unwind on the leather sofa and multiple armchairs facing a 50” TV. The dining area is perfect for hosting friends and family, with enough room to seat 8, plus 4 more at the breakfast bar. When it’s time to whip up a home-cooked meal, the chef’s kitchen is outfitted with spacious granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, and a 4-burner glass cooktop. Beach Vibes boasts beautiful accommodations with 3 comfy bedrooms throughout the home—1 primary bedroom with a king bed, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk and trundle bed. There’s also a washer and dryer to keep swim gear fresh while staying here.

We just had the best vacation at Beach Vibes. I'll miss that view of the beach. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. We had a small issue with the propane tank on the grill and they came right away and fixed it. The communication was on point. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the home, Beach Vibes. Great views of the gulf and a comfortable lay out for the family.
Just a few recommendations: the house needs a pair of kitchen scissors and a spatula, the master bedroom mattress is older and sinks in the middle and is need of replacement, the pool was dirty when we arrived and was finally cleaned but it also need some repairs - the pool light is falling out of the socket, the skimmer was full of sand and many of the tiles are falling off. The outside porch light fell off during a rain storm and that needs to be reinstalled. The downstairs sofa and 2 chairs are a nice touch under the porch area, but the cushions are so old they sink...they need to be replaced.

The house was in a great location not just to the beach but centrally in the middle of cape san blas, close to the park, stores, and nature paths! 360 blue staff were extremely easy to communicate with and answered any and all my questions promptly. The only thing I would recommend is to invest in more comfortable furniture for the living room to lounge in. We found ourselves using the living room a lot to watch movies, play games, and just look out the big beautiful windows at the ocean. During this time, we found the furniture to be stiff and uncomfortable. There was one day out of the week that it was raining for most the day and we stayed indoors. We stayed in the living room for most the time, but found the floor with blankets and pillows to be more comfortable than sitting on the couch or chairs. This obviously in no way affected our stay or how much we truly enjoyed everything there was. I just wanted to offer that one suggestion that I feel would really set you apart from the typical rental property that wants to use the cheapest and quickest way to turn a profit. Especially for the days when your guests are forced to stay indoors due to inclement weather. Thank you again for wonderful hospitality and making our vacation a very memorable one!
