Perfectly encompassing easy beachfront living, this 3-story, stilt-style home provides access to the white sand beaches of Cape San Blas directly in front of the home. The ground level also offers covered parking, elevator access, and stairs.

On the first floor, guests will find 2 guest bedrooms featuring queen beds, 1 guest bedroom boasting a soft king bed, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The bunk room and 1 of the guest bedrooms boast sliding glass doors that open to a vast back deck with stunning beach views.

An open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor enjoys sweeping Gulf views through multiple sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious Gulf-front deck furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Inside, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and beach-inspired decor exude a family-friendly, welcoming feel throughout the great room. Guests can unwind on 2 loveseats that surround a 42” TV, share a meal at a dining table that seats 8, or sit at the dine-in counter and snack while loved ones and friends prepare a meal in the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a cozy living area with a futon sleeper sofa, a kid’s table, a bistro set, and a 32” TV, as well as a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed.

Guests staying in the primary bedroom on the third floor will enjoy a king bed, a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, access to a private balcony with gorgeous beach views, and an adjacent reading space with cushioned chairs.

    We loved staying at this property! The location was great and accessible to nearby towns and amenities, but far enough away to avoid crowds and noise. The space was large and everyone had their own rooms, which was a hit. We received a quick response when there was a leak under the sink and I was impressed with how kind the maintenance men were.

    Our family loved the house! This was our first time at Port St. Joe and the house was great. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. The house was perfect for our group which included myself, my husband, our four kids/spouses and our three grandchildren. Our grandkids loved the bunk room!! The floorplan was great and it was an added bonus that there was a working elevator in the home. The access to the beach was an easy walk and the outdoor shower was a great addition after a long day on the sand. The only minor complaint that we had was the shower head in the master bathroom wasn't strong...but that didn't matter to us. The beds were very comfortable and the extra linens were a great addition. We had a great time!!

    The house and floorplan worked out fantastic for our family of 12. It allowed each group to basically have their own floor. My wife twisted her ankle during the trip and the elevator was a blessing, allowing her to move between floors without having to navigate the stairs. One of the best vacations we've had.     We loved our time here! There were 16 of us of varying ages, and we were so comfortable in the house. Loved the elevator and easy beach access. The house was well decorated/furnished and stocked with all the essentials. There was an issue was the AC, but they were very responsive and fixed it quickly. We will definitely be back!!
