The condo was amazing. Location was excellent to beach and pool. Short drive to anything we wanted to do Plenty of room for our family of 10 loved that the patio had a gate with key pad access so our little ones couldn’t get through unless they were with us. Was a nice safety feature. Will definitely be coming back next summer

We had our annual beach vacation at Villa Coyaba, unit 104, this year and it was wonderful. There were nine of us this year and we had plenty of room. We LOVED this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Our first time staying on a first floor condo and it was great. Very close to pool and short walk to the beach. The little extras in the kitchen and bathroom that were left for us was a nice surprise. If I had to say anything that it needed it would be a Keurig, other than that extremely well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We plan to rebook this unit for next year we loved it so much.

The property itself was immaculate. Couldn't possibly ask anything better. Right on the beach in a great location. It was well stocked with everything you may possibly need. Everything was clean and pristine. The only problem with this property isn't really specific to this property but with properties now in general. The ridiculous 4:00 p.m. check in time for one. It was a unit made to sleep 12 people, and you were generously allowed two beach chairs and one umbrella for the entire unit. Come on. The biggest problem for me was the ridiculous fees that are tacked on. "Cleaning fee", "facility fee", "just because we can fee", etc. Again, this isn't specifically for this property, all rentals are doing it now. But it doesn't make it any less ridiculous. All in all, I would gladly stay here again. You're going to get raped with ridiculous fees anywhere you go, so at least stay in an Immaculate property while doing so.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable, well layed out convenient. We’ve booked it for another week next fall. It does need some refreshing though. Couches and carpet need replacing or cleaning. A crockpot? See you next fall.

Renting from 360 was great! I loved the little welcome gift. The condo was very clean and I also appreciate that all the linens, including the comforters are laundered. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was the chair guy. He was not very friendly or attentive. And it bothered me that he picked up beach chairs at 4:45-5. My favorite time on the beach is 5-6pm. The beach attendant next door at the Inn at Crystal beach always picked up way later. But overall I would definitely rent from 360 Blue again.

This was a girls trip and the 3rd time back to Villa Coyaba. Probably our best trip yet, and this unit was very nice. No problems whatsoever and all the beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is that the living room furniture and several of the area rugs could use a professional cleaning. That didn't take away from our wonderful experience, but would definitely make the unit even more beautiful.

The unit was clean, I was very happy about that! The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pans/dishes/utensils. The master suite was big and had a nice shower but bed pillows were flimsy. Enjoyed the plenitful white bath towels. Disappointed that the other bedrooms had no dressers or luggage racks, my adult children had to leave suitcases, etc, on the floor. Glass globe completely broken on a bedroom ceiling fan, and broken footboard thing (?) sitting against wall in the same bedroom. Loved the nice large dining table but everyone bumped their knees on the legs that weirdly stick out and some dining chairs are coming apart. The parking garage and outdoor areas were clean and pool was great! Beach attendant was helpful. The sharable app for codes and such was very helpful!

If you're looking for spacious and convenient beach access, look no further! 104 is perfect! 1st floor but still with wonderful beach view being that parking garage is underneath. No complaints. Would be happy staying every year!

It was wonderful. The condo has so much room so we weren't on top of each other. We were there for a beach wedding, my sister had condo above us. Plenty of room for 12 people on the patio. We will be back. Pool was heated for the toddler, ocean too cold for me but not the younger ones. Easy to get food. It was just about perfect!

Villa Coyaba 104 was excellent! This unit was fully stocked and clean upon arrival. The unit is easily accessed from the elevators and the pool. We did experience an issue with the dryer, however we had a technician arrive within an hour to repair it. Our family had a great time and will return!

Great location! It was nice to be right on the beach, and a private pool for the complex. The layout of the condo was very nice - 4 sizable bedrooms + the ""kids"" bedroom with bunk beds. Had to call guest services twice: (1) the universal remote and directions that were referenced in the app was not existent. We're a tech savvy bunch but could not get the cable to turn out or the sound to sync with the proper inputs. (2) the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms had quite a bit of mold and red discoloration. Both issues were fixed within 24 hours by two different service reps. Condo amenities were nice but cleanliness could have been a little better... floors were very dirty and many dishes/silverware looked like they had been put back into the cabinets after use. Ice maker was non-functional (and moldy inside). Overall, however, we really did enjoy our stay and would consider Coyaba units in the future.

We had a wonderful time at 104! The unit has recently been refurnished and it looks beautiful! My family really enjoyed our stay. We found 360 Blue to be a great company to work with as well. They helped fix a few minor problems. One, we appreciated that the pool heat was turned back on as the pool was NOT swimmable. My 1 and 3 year old would not even get into the water. I do strongly recommend Villa Coyaba keeps the pool heated to 80 degrees regardless of the date. Temperatures in Destin Fl fluctuate often until June!!! Our stay would not have been nearly as great had the pool not been heated. 360 Blue also was great when an attendant was rude. We recommend that attendants at Villa Coyaba be a little nicer to the guests! We had heard the police had been called on another family's unit (not ours!!!). The lady working at the unit was rude to people staying with us- we had nothing to do with that!

We had a wonderful 50th wedding Anniversary celebration at Villa Cobaya 104 with our family! The unit was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The patio had seating for all of us to enjoy the gulf experience visually-sunrises, sunsets, dolphin sightings, and the rolling surf! The beach and the pool were definitely enjoyed by all! We would definitely rebook although there were a few things that were not inline wth a million dollar unit: all drawers in the refrigerator were broken, the walls were patched, but unpainted, and we had German roaches scurrying around the kitchen cabinets and floor. 360 Blue was very attentive and someone was sent immediately to address our concerns.

We had a great time once again this year. The dishwasher was fixed since the April review and there are signs of ongoing repairs to fix scratches in the walls. I would recommend the owners give the property manager additional flexibility to turn the heat back on to the pool when it gets cold in April. For 3 to 4 days the kids would not get in the water due to the temperature. When 4 to 8 year old kids won't get in the water you know it's cold. Considering a house next year so I can control the pool heat.

We loved our condo and stay at Villa Coyaba unit 104. We have stayed in other units previously. It was great access to the pool and beach from the first floor unit, especially with small kids going in and out all day. This complex is great for both adults and kids (families). The unit was well maintained and had plenty of seating, which not all units have in our experience. Additional Feedback: There is no plastic in the house (cups/plates/etc.). This was not kid friendly in that regard so plan to buy/bring paper products. They also didn't have many rugs/mats so a lot of sand was tracked into/around the condo as a result. The bedrooms lacked storage space for clothes (no dressers in 3 of 4 bedrooms; utilized closet space but could use more hangers). Dishwasher didn't work great. Just to be transparent, as a first floor unit, everyone walks by and sees everything going on inside if blinds are open (who wants to close off the view!?!) We just got back from girls weekend trip. We loved everything about this place. Very clean and decorated beautiful. There were ten of us and it had plenty of room. Being on the ground floor we loved being able to walk right out to the beach. One of our favorite trips yet and would love to come back!!

What a great week in Destin!! Villa Coyaba 104 was the perfect location for our group of 13!!!!! We loved that it was on the ground level and opened up to the pool/beach!!!!! We did have problems with the fridge but 360 Blue had someone repair it promptly once reported. I would hands down return to this condo again!

My family and I had an amazing vacation week staying at Villa Coyoba unit 104 in Destin. The condo was absolutely beautiful--very spacious with upgraded appliances. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 children, and a baby yet had plenty of room! We enjoyed cooking and grilling out at the condo and only went out to eat 2 times during the week. I would definitely recommend staying in this particular unit based on the ease of access to the pool and beach. It made our stay all the more enjoyable! We had a nice relaxing week and will be spreading the word about our great experience with our other family members and friends!

We really had a nice time.. Absolutely loved our room it was perfect. We couldn't be a happier with the location with going out in the evening or even to the pool or Beach. A couple things, we all wished there would have been a broom & dust pan. With having a baby & toddlers & Sand..it would have been very beneficial. The refrigerator needed maintenance men to come fix it, it had frozen up from people before us or cleaning crew leaving it open. So all in all, nothing that couldn't be fixed. We will be back.. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time! We came out from Virginia, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas to celebrate my sister's graduation from Florida State. It was the perfect location and I spent many lovely hours gazing out at the ocean with my family and cocktails. We also had a cookout and utilized the convenient gas grills. The only negative we had was that the dishwasher control panel busted shortly into our stay rendering it inoperable. However, we were able to speak with a manager who provided compensation for the trouble so I have no complaints there! I wish we never had to leave the condo!

We had a grest stay in unit 104. We are plsnning in coming back next year. Others commented about the noisr from the gym but that was not an issue. We thought the refrigerator wasnt cooling that well. I think 360 Blue is easy to work woth snd theor website is very informative.

We had a great stay. This condo was in a perfect location on the first floor. We only had one tiny issue and that was being able to hear the weights being lifted and dropped in the early morning. A sign was put out to please not drop weights so early and the issue was resolved :) This part of the beach (Crystal Beach) is perfect because there are 1 row of umbrellas and you have a perfect view each day! Highrises have 4 and 5 rows of umbrellas!

Our fabulous week has just come to an end and we are sad to go. Villa coyaba 104 was a great experience. Being on the first floor with kids was perfect. From the daily beach umbrella and chairs to the heated oceanside pool. Manager Tracey made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Cooking out right by the ocean made our beach days even longer. Walking to shops, strolls on the beach, and fishing were perfect. Traveled down to the harbor for fresh seafood to cook as well. Only complaint was the heated pool was turned off April 1st. I think it could have stayed on for the week. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

VC 104 was Absolutely Fantastic! The location was amazing and being on the first floor made it so easy for everyone to come and go to the beach and pool. The heated pool was great since we had a few cooler days during our stay. Thanks for all of the great extras like the ice maker and the keyless entry which made it easier for all 10 of us. We can't wait to return as this has been our favorite place to stay in Destin thus far!

Another great stay at VC. Brought 17 family members to Destin. Stayed in 401 in 2012. 104 offered greater access to outdoors and our relatives unit in 106. Love the condo complex. Need to fix the master bath shower. It has a large chunk of tile out.

We love villa coyaba! This is our 2nd year to stay there. We were hesitant to stay on the 1st floor this time but turns out we loved it! So convenient with small kids with access to pool and beach without an elevator. The view is good and was quiet. The unit was great and easily accomodated the 9 of us.

Loved unit 104. First floor access to beach and pool was great. The beach was beautiful and clean. Two chairs and umbrella set up for you everyday-- can pay the beach guy if you want more. Unit was very clean. Slept 12 very comfortably. Go out to the beach at night with flashlights and look for little ghost crabs. Kids had a blast doing it! Very family oriented place. Had a maintenance issue that I reported via the app and it was taken care of super quickly. Very impressed with the rental mgmt company. Only thing was the fridge was not very cool. Didn't overload it with warm stuff and it was still not very cold even after we moved it to the coldest setting. We will be back!

Great as always, 2nd time we have stayed in Villa Coyaba and love it. It is a great place for the entire family, with the coded gates, we felt super safe having our 3 year old grandson running around and not having to worry about him running off. Each unit is extremely nice, all the comforts of home and very roomy, great for large groups, which is what we normally have. We will defiantly put this place in our rotation of places to stay in Destin.

We had a wonderful time staying in condo 104. The condo was large and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed having a heated pool as another activity for our kids! Our only disappointment was the lack of working grills. There are only two for the entire complex. One was broken upon our arrival and both were not working by the end of the week causing us to waste food we planned on grilling. Despite this, we may return again but adjust our meal planning.
