Parking is limited and towing is at the violator’s expense. Vehicles must be registered with a valid parking pass and must be parked in the designated driveway. Vehicles must be completely off lawns, streets, or neighboring driveways. The number of vehicles is limited based on the size of the driveway and sign. Boats, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, campers, jet skis, etc. must be parked within the garage or off-site. Bicycles must be parked in a garage or out of view from street or common areas. Commercial vehicles are not allowed.
