We had a fantastic vacation. There were 28 of us ranging in ages from 74 to 2. All of our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is breathtaking. The kitchen had everything needed for a family our size. The pool was amazing and the location to the beach and shopping couldn't have been better. The service is outstanding. We had an issue with the hot water and they came within a half hour of our call. It was a Saturday night around 9:00 pm. I was impressed they responded so quickly. We had an issue with the golf cart and likewise they were there almost immediately. Superb place, superb service I would love to come back!

The house location was perfect and beach access was right across! It was easy going back and forth. The house was spacious to accommodate our family of 26 people. Only negative thing was the hot tub/spa, it would not get hot at all. But, we would definitely book this house again the future.

We had 27 people in this house and had plenty of room. It was a very beautiful home. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach.
Our only issue was that we didn't have use of the big kitchen frig as it wasn't working and they weren't able to have it fixed while we were there. We did have a smaller frig on the first floor but that could be inconvenient when making breakfast, lunch or dinner....running downstairs for any frig items. And having to run to store each day as there wasn't enough room to get all our stuff for the week. They did supply us with a big cooler and ice to help out.
If that wasn't an issue it was a perfect 10! Our guest relations girl, Katie was awesome! She was so helpful in everything I asked her about.
We would definitely stay with 360 Blue again!

We had a wonderful stay at 916 Scenic Gulf Dr home. House is absolutely beautiful and was clean upon arrival. There were a couple very minor issues, I called my contact person Katie R. and they were taken care of same day. The pool is amazing and so private. Great view of the gulf from the living area and top floor. We had 14 family members, all adults and had more than enough room. The golf cart was a great bonus, used it many times. Also the bicycles were a nice addition, unfortunately this trip we didn't get bike riding in so they didn't get used . Our stay was to celebrate our 50th anniversary with the family.

We were a party of 8 adults and 8 children (ages 5-11) that stayed at Miramar Paradise in August 2021 where we had an amazing experience! The house is absolutely stunning with custom cabinetry and high end appliances throughout the massive kitchen area where we all would gather throughout the day before heading out to the beach, which was right across the street. The balcony on that level and on the top level of the house provides a great view of the ocean and beach area. The bedrooms on the first and second floor have massive 15 foot ceilings and the children had their choice of 2 different custom built bunk rooms to sleep in. Each bunk even had its own TV built in! The pool was very large and has a great soaking area where you can have a drink and watch the kids have fun in the pool. There is also a great cooking/outdoor kitchen area right off of the pool with a large grill and outdoor TV. We stayed at Miramar Paradise August 2021 for our family vacation. We are a large family with nine adults and 10 children/grandchildren. The house had plenty of space and was well appointed. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We all loved the pool and grilling and seating area around the pool. Our concierge Katie was wonderful. We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children, their spouses, our grandkids and great grandkids. In all there were 29 of us ranging in age from 71 to 8 months. Miramar Paradise is truly named correctly! We felt as if we were staying in paradise. The size, amenities, and location were outstanding. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was fantastic for a group our size. The living and dining areas gave us all the room we needed. The many decks and pool area also allowed us to spend time together. The service was incredible. We did have a couple of minor issues ( a circuit popped out in the kitchen) and help arrived almost immediately. We also appreciated the welcoming calls and e mails asking if there was anything your company could do to make our visit better. The beach location was great especially for our families with little ones - right across the street! The pool was used constantly and our teens enjoyed the pool table. The kids were excited to use the tv's posted at the end of each bunk. We had a few minor issues (a circuit breaker popped out in the kitchen one morning) which we reported and help arrived almost immediately. Such incredible service . The location was outstanding with beach access was fantastic, especially for the families with the little ones. I can't say enough about the entire week's experience. It was a magical time in a magical place!

The house is amazing, absolutely beautiful and everything so well furnished with lovely seating areas, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishware and cookware. We cooked every meal for 24 people for 4 days and had everything we needed except a long spatula for the grill. The beach is so convenient and the pool/hot tub were wonderful. One should be aware that the beach access does have steep stairs only and was difficult for people with physical limitations. We had a wonderful time, thank you for providing such a beautiful and comfortable place for a large group.

We had a group of 27 for our church staff retreat and this beautiful home had plenty of room for us all. We had cooking teams for each meal and the kitchen was spectacular and able to have each team with plenty of room in the kitchen!! We left refreshed and invigorated! We will be back next year!

This home is absolutely amazing!!! The photos cannot capture the beauty!! We had a wonderful time here. We went with a few of closest friends for my husband's 50th birthday and had a fabulous time. It rained the second day we were there but the house was so beautiful that it didn't even matter that it was raining outside because the sun was shining inside!!! The house was well equipped with everything and I mean everything. Pots and pans of all sizes, for any meal you wanted to cook if you wanted to cook. The kitchen was so beautiful we all wanted to cook!!! The only thing we couldn't find was a can opener, but we may have overlooked it! We will definitely be back.

Hands down one of the best family vacation we have ever experienced. The house is in excellent condition and super spacious! Great for a family reunion. The kitchen is extremely high end but super user friendly! The pool heat is worth getting during the fall! We had one issue with a bad cable box, but their technician Danny was there within 30 mins of us calling. He swapped out the cable box and had the cable back up in no time! Everyone is super professional and had great customer service! We will be back to this exact house and most definitely continue to use 360 Blue for all of our vacations! We had an awesome time visiting Miramar Beach. The home is by far the best we've stayed at and we travel a lot. It was very clean and full of amenities, especially the elevator. We had some adults who really needed to use it; however it stopped working multiple times throughout our stay! I would also recommend purchasing the pool/jacuzzi heat because the water was really cold! Everyone in our party(32 people) enjoyed the home. We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely stunning property! We had a group of 15 from all over the US. Everyone had plenty of room. We loved the kitchen and outdoor area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. Only slightly negative comment...which is a stretch because place is nearly perfect...the kitchen needed more wine glasses and I wish we would have asked for spa to be heated. We had 20 people in our group. It was a girl's trip getaway. This house was Amazing. It was so spacious and great for the large gatherings. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and grilling. The beach access was a quick walk across the street but my favorite spot was sitting on the third floor balcony. This will be my go to spot in Destin. The whole 360 Blue Experience was amazing. They were all kind, nice and polite.

This house is beautiful. We had 8 families total and 32 people total and there was more than enough room for all of us. Beach access was great. Pool area was amazing. Kitchen was fantastic. Only issue we had was lightning the grill and they fixed it right away. 360 Blue was amazing to work with. I highly recommend this house as well as 360. Thank you so much for all the memories.

This house was perfect for our family! 23 of us all together! The kitchen was wonderful and having 2 large dining tables meant we could all sit down to dinner together. The pool was wonderful as well. The only draw back was the access to the beach. We had several small children and getting them up and down the steep steps was a nightmare. we had beach wagons and it was just too hard to get those up and down the steps. A ramp would be wonderful! We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect!

Gorgeous home! we had 24 family members ranging for 4months to 65! Everyone had a great time with more than enough space to relax. View are breath taking. We had an issue with elevator but we had maintance come out with in an hour!. We will definitely return.

We had a group of 27 for our church staff retreat and this beautiful home had plenty of room for us all. We had cooking teams for each meal and the kitchen was spectacular and able to have each team with plenty of room in the kitchen!! We left refreshed and invigorated! We will be back next year!

We celebrated Spring break at this property. It was only a small group of Mom, Dad and two kids age 14 and 8. This property is beautiful! Management company very easy to work with and responsive! Our only complaints would be the floors needed to be mopped and also kitchen needed new pots and pans which we purchased and left there. I highly recommend this management company and this beautiful home! I almost don't want to leave a good review because we want to come back here and don't want it to be booked! Thank you for our wonderful vacation!

We held our DuBose family reunion at the Miramar Paradise and it was a fantastic and memorable time for all 38 attending. We slept 24 adults and 6 children. This house is beautifully designed and decorated. Every appliance and utensil possibly needed was supplied in the huge, spacious kitchen. There was plenty of space for our gathering for meals as well as games and fun reminiscing of our crazy family get togethers. The pool and patio are beyond description. So gorgeous! I ca6nt even remember how how many cable tvs there were in each room. And that includes the huge one on the patio! Plen t of washers and dryers to accomodate everyone. Beach was right across the road, many activities nearby, and many dining places closeby as well. Dealing with 360 Blue was a pleasure. They were a delight to work with. All in all the Miramar Paradise was just that for our three night stay. Paradise! Thanks so much. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone that has plans for a large group.

My husband & I booked this home to have one big place for our families and friends to stay in Destin for our wedding! The house was absolutely amazing. Everybody was blown away with how nice It was. The beach is right across the street, this house is in a prime location. I would stay here every vacation of mine if that were possible. I am very pleased with 360 blue and how quick they are to return a call or help fix any problems. This past week was beyond perfect. I am so happy I booked this home. Thank you so much!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We had our Family and wedding party stay here the night before and after the wedding and it was a great experience. We had a problem with the elevator but the property came out to fix it the day we called. I opted to just get my leg workout in but the View was amazing and the beach is literally right there. My family and I are already looking forward to staying in this home again soon! Thank you so much.

We had 17 in our group, and we absolutely loved the home. The decor is outstanding. Beds were all very comfortable. Spacious and provided privacy each family needed. Kitchen was gorgeous and provided all superior cooking essentials. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed by all. We had a couple of very rainy days, but the house made the weather seem a little insignificant. Views from the third floor bedrooms were awesome. Three washer and dryers made laundry easy. We grilled a number of days, and the outdoor kitchen made that super easy. Easy access to the beach and the area in front of the house was never crowded on the beach. 360 Blue was very good to work with, and we hope to be back next year and rent this same property.

Amazing place! Had group of 26 and never felt crowded. So much space and the kitchen is unbelievable with huge fridge and two pantry spaces. Can't beat this place. It is Across from the beach with a short walk. Bikes to ride to restaurants. Gorgeous pool with huge hot tub and a shallow deck area on one end for toddlers to enjoy. This place has everything. Views from balcony's on both sides of the home. Out front you see ocean views and out back pool view. Nice grill to cook on. Can't say enough about how perfect this place is for a huge group. Can't think of a single negative. Look forward to staying again.

Such a beautiful home! We loved our stay at Mirimar Paradise! It's a short walk to the beach and if you don't feel like getting covered in sand there is a gorgeous pool and hot tub!

Our big family of 29 people stayed at this property for 6 days and we absolutely loved everything about this home. We were able to use all the kitchen cooking utensils and they had plenty of all kids of dishes that we needed to cook for our big family! The home was just beautiful and clean and we loved the decor!!! We were able to relax and enjoy, we all had good experience with this rental property and we would love to return in the future again! Honestly there's nothing negative about the experience we had with this home! Thanks so much!!!

We had a fantastic stay, the home was perfect for my large family of 28. We celebrated our mom""˜s 80th birthday, the 2nd floor was the perfect size for the entire family. The game area, pool and balcony on front facing the beach were awesome. Very short walk to beach. We plan to come back, soon.
