I cannot say enough good things about this home! It is absolutely stunning, warm, inviting and you can’t beat the view!! My children loved the bunk room and we loved that it was right outside the master suite! The walk down to the beach was easy, we could come and go as needed! The “secret room” downstairs was a favorite for my children as well! My boys turned off the lights and had lightsaber fights! We made some core memories this week!

Our stay at the “Kicking Back” property was amazing! The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. We traveled with our one year old and the location of this property was perfect to make our stay as convenient as possible. The proximity to the beach and having our own pool was perfect. We loved this house and plan to come back!

First of all, the location of the home cant be beat. The pool on the property looking at the ocean was amazing and the views were fantastic! Being located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach was also a bonus and easy to get everywhere! When we arrived the AC had been having an issue. They did get it working for us and we had no more issues with that. Our fridge was turned off when we got there and we did not realize it at first, but that did get handled. The first day/arrival was met with challenges that got handled, All in all it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

We liked Kicking Back so much that we have already booked it again for June 2026. Only issue was some of the showers did not have enough hot water but everything else was great!
