House is Beautiful! Worked well for our 'little' family of 13! The low speed vehicle was great to use, we have a special needs daughter and it helped tremendously! As did the elevator! Wished the 1st floor bunks had a little more privacy since we put our 2 teenage granddaughters on them. Refrigerator ice machine didn't work, but they warned us in advance of that problem and they provided ice for our stay. Grandkids Loved the pool! Especially our youngest (4) who could play on the shallow ledges. We had a Wonderful time and hated for it to end!

Our stay at this home was so nice and will forever be memorable. The location was perfect you can get to the beach in a 5 or less minute walk. The house is in the corner of a “busy street” but the cars stop for the pedestrians we had no issues. The home also has a small elevator inside which helped to get to the 3rd floor there is also bunk beds on first floor that lead to the back and those are right in the hall area so keep that in mind. We had a group of adults and lots of littles all mixed up and we had so much fun no issues and all of our groups were able to get their own room and personal space. Loved that each room had their own restroom as well. I would say you need to buy more garbage bags we have went through quite a bit since we cooked at home. The golf cart was a hit and helpful to transfer big stuff to the beach but you just can’t keep it parked there so you will have to drive back and leave it at home. Communication was good through email first then they texted.
