We had a great week based out of 59 Brentwood Ln. The house is great for large groups and the 360Blue team were very responsive to the needs of a group that ranged from 4 to 80. On the plus side:
- The kitchen appliances and space are great - 2 large fridges plus a drink fridge and 2 oven, range, microwave setups, plus 3 dishwashers and tons of plates, bowls, glasses and silverware for 30 people.
- The bedding was great and linens / towels were fine.
- Some bedrooms were tight, but others had ample floor space.
- The pool and pool area were nice to hang out in
- Our group really enjoyed the gameroom (pool, foosball)
- The grill with attached flattop griddle was also great to have and used extensively
- 3 washers and 3 dryers that were brand new and worked well.
- Plenty of parking and bikes. We never had someone waiting on a bike. The golf cart was also great to have to cart our older guests to the beach and back.
- Thermostats and AC worked great.
- Nice separate TV room which ended up being the hangout room for our kids / teens.
- The 360Blue team was super responsive when we had issues. We had a couple of issues with the elevator and they were there very quickly to help. We had one issue with the golf cart and they replaced it overnight. We also requested more dishtowels which they brought within a few hours.
There were a few areas we saw for improvement:
- They could use at least one more coffee maker and nonstick frying pan. We actually bought a second coffee maker and a keurig to use (and I think we left them there).
- There is no place to hang towels. The house could really benefit from hooks on the walls in the bathrooms and on the back of each of the bathroom and bedroom doors.
- The bunk rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor had no closets, so the floor space was completely taken up by suitcases - it was a bit tricky to navigate.
- The seating almost accommodates everyone. We could get ~20 around the table in the kitchen. Others where eating in their laps in the TV area. It would be great to have one folding table available.
- We had a few challenges with the elevator. It was a bit tricky to use. We limited it only to those who needed it (80 and 78 year olds with bad knees), but they always needed help to make sure the doors shut and opened, etc. Would not recommend using unless you have to.
Overall, really great accommodation and would recommend for big groups.

We stayed with our Girl Scout Troop for our cookie celebration. The kids and adults had the best time. Loved the pool, golf cart and game room. It’s nicely stocked with everything you need and more! Wonderful home with perfect location for easy beach walks or bike rides and close to shopping and food as well.

We had 8 adults and more than enough room. Loved the location and proximity to the beach while also on a quiet road.
The house was well appointed with a huge kitchen and all the tools you need. We also made good use of the game room.
