This fabulous abode features 4 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms and superb accommodations for up to 10 guests. Guests will especially enjoy the beautiful gulf views. This home's convenient location offers a short walk to the dazzling, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the balcony or head down to the beach at the end of the day to watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets. When you aren't playing at the beach, explore the surrounding area on the bikes provided.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10):
FIRST FLOOR:
-Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower
-Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower
SECOND FLOOR:
-Bunk Room: Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds, Private Bathroom with Shower
THIRD FLOOR:
-Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*The HOA in this community unfortunately, does not allow Low-Speed Vehicle rentals or guests to bring their own.
**As of July 2024 there is currently construction directly across the street from this home.
*Unfortunately, the indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
