DETAILS: "23 Palms" is Seagrove's quintessential beloved beach house just steps from the sand! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps 14 guests comfortably, making it perfect for multi-generational families or group trips. There are several fantastic amenities, including a private saltwater pool, Gulf and lake views, and multiple porches to relax on.

The main floor of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find the open kitchen and living area. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 12 at the island and dining table. The living area is perfect to gather the family around inside or outside on the balcony since there is cozy seating and plenty of space to kick back in both. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king bed and a private bathroom as well.

Downstairs is where guests will find the remaining bedrooms and entrance to the backyard. The first room has a king bed with its own bathroom and private access to the porch. The next room is identical to the primary bedroom, but with a queen bed instead. The final room includes 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and its own half bathroom with a toilet and sink only.

The outdoor spaces at "23 Palms" are equally as entertaining. With a large, private pool and deck, screened porch, and balconies on every level (including a third-floor lookout), you'll have plenty of options to enjoy when you're not on the beach. Included with the home are 4 adult bikes to cruise along the 30A bike path to nearby Seaside or to the beach!
