Sleeping accommodations include 2 bunk rooms with 2 queen-over-queen beds and 1 full-over-full.
White shiplap walls and a wood ceiling create a coastal cottage feel in the open great room on the second floor. Elegant, naval blue couches and 2 plush accent chairs continue the theme, providing guests a comfortable gathering spot. The kitchen hosts premium appliances and a marble-top island that seats 7. A contemporary dining table made of pale wood offers room for 8. The adjacent porch has a mini living area, TV, and dining table. The 2 guest bedrooms with king beds have access to a second porch with pool views.
On the third floor, the elevator opens onto a charming sitting area with a TV. This was the first time that my wife and I plus all 5 children and their spouses plus all 10 grandchildren have been together in one place. This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were great large spaces like poolside and main floor for getting everyone together as well as small spaces inside and on multiple porches for smaller gatherings. In addition, the 30a area is ideal for outings. Might want to explore a way to reduce the slippery floors near the pool. There were multiple falls but no one was hurt.

Such a beautiful home that fit our entire family. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen and family room space supported our large family. It would have been nice to have easier access to the beach i.e. the trail that led to the locked gate. We were wishing we could have had key access there, but the golf cart and bikes helped get us there with all of our kids. We had immediate help with any of the issues we inquired about which added to the comfort of our stay. As an owner of a nightly rental, one thing we could have used more were full length mirrors in the rooms and or bathrooms. The cottage only had the small bathroom mirror. All in all, it was a wonderful family reunion made possible by this beautiful home.
