Our group of college friends—who have been close friends for almost 40 years—just returned from an unforgettable week at "St. Charles" in Seagrove, Florida, and it truly exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we arrived, the home impressed us with its spacious layout, modern design, and thoughtful details. Managed by 360 Blue, everything was seamless, from booking to check-in to the support throughout our stay.
The house itself is perfect for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 26 guests without ever feeling crowded. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, and there’s plenty of gathering space for meals, conversation, and late-night laughs.
The private pool quickly became a favorite spot during the day, as we lounged and relaxed to favorite 70's songs all day long! But the true crown jewel of St. Charles is the 4th-floor observation deck. We ended every evening with breathtaking sunsets over 30A. It’s a view and experience none of us will ever forget.
The location in Seagrove is unbeatable—close enough to enjoy everything 30A has to offer, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.
After nearly four decades of friendship, this home gave us the perfect setting to create new memories together. We’re already talking about when we can return. "St. Charles" is more than just a vacation rental—it’s an experience, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.
