The heart of this retreat is on the second floor, where you'll find the chef's kitchen offering granite countertops and select stainless appliances, including a gas range. The open floor plan has the kitchen giving onto the dining area and living room where everyone can gather before a vast flat-screen television for movie night. Natural light is abundant, courtesy of the window and door transoms, and crisp white interior. The living room also has access to the second-floor balcony - the perfect place for evening cocktails! The house was beautiful and clean. 5 kings and 10 twins was perfect for our group. One thing that wasn't clear was that we would have to go through the bedroom to get outside to the patio. Otherwise walk around the house through the fence. I understand the Florida law regarding the alarm when you open the back door but most houses have a button on the inside and outside. We have stayed at a few in the past. Thankfully we were able to put 2 teenagers in that room so the older couples did not deal with any traffic and alarms. The house was in a great location but when sitting on the patio, you can't see through the tree. Understand it's beautiful in itself but maybe needs to be mentioned. Outside shower was fantastic. Need to be clear that you cannot use the spa as a hot tub which was a little disappointing. We had some golf cart issues. People should know this is not an individual owned golf cart but rather a 360 fleet. This can be good and bad... it wasn't the nicest nor drove the best but when we had an issue they came to fix a couple times within 24 hours. Thanks again!

Great location to stay at. Place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Main floor had a musky odor upon arrival and first two days and ants bad around grill /patio area, but other than that beautiful place
