Paddle across sparkling Western Lake or take a leisurely bike ride to the sugar-white sand beach. Guests enjoy all the amenities of this resort-style community, including tennis courts, community pools, and the famous WaterColor Beach Club! Designed for coastal living, spend quiet evenings around the outdoor fireplace and grilling in the Summer kitchen.
Tucked within the Lake District, this 3-level home offers an elegant atmosphere. Enjoy a peaceful morning sipping coffee on the spacious front porch’s Adirondack chairs. A charming mudroom with cubbies for beach bags welcomes guests to the first floor. Continue inside to find an open-concept great room filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors in the living space, where a comfortable couch and 2 sets of armchairs flank the Smart TV. The kitchen’s quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances will delight culinary lovers. Chill a bottle of wine in the cooler for a shared dinner at the table for 6, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Or guests can eat on the screened-in porch, which includes a 6-seat table, sitting area, Smart TV, outdoor fireplace, and Summer kitchen. At the end of the night, retire to the guest bedroom with a king bed—all the bedrooms have a Smart TVs. A double set of washers and dryers in the hall makes it easy to refresh beach towels, and there’s also an outdoor shower.
On the second level, discover the lovely primary bedroom with a private balcony. The 2 guest bedrooms each have a king bed and share a second balcony with a daybed swing. Additionally, there is a bunk area with 2 full-over-full beds.

102 Vermillion Way was an ideal location for our large, multigenerational family getaway. We especially appreciated the quiet location, spacious and well-designed layout, inviting outdoor space, and the added bonus of the golf cart. We’re already planning our next trip!

We absolutely loved this house for our stay. The screened in porch with grill was so much fun. The main living space was perfect for our whole family. The kids LOVED the bunk room! All in all, it was a great stay.
