Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom WaterColor home accommodates up to 10 guests and is only a 2-minute stroll from WaterColor Beach Club and beach access! Enjoy relaxed days lying on the beach, taking advantage of the numerous community pools, footpaths, and tennis courts, or exploring the nearby Emerald Coast neighborhoods.

Soothing natural hues, tongue-and-groove walls, and warm hardwood floors come together for a harmonious, cottage-style interior in the great room on this home’s main level. In the living area, sink back into the deep couches and plush armchairs surrounding a TV and DVD player for a relaxing night with friends and family. To the side is a wood table with 6 chairs beneath a Capiz shell chandelier. Culinary-inspired guests will love the high-end appliances and ample counter space in the L-shaped kitchen, complete with a 4-stool breakfast bar and wine cooler. Head out to the attached balcony for a leisurely lunch at the 6-person patio table or curl up in the shaded porch swing while enjoying views of the bright turquoise Gulf waters. This level of the home hosts a kid-friendly bunk room with 1 set of twin-over-twin beds and 1 set of XL twin-over-twin beds.

On the ground level, guests can enjoy a restful night in either of the 2 guest bedrooms—each outfitted with a king bed and private bathroom. A laundry room adds convenience for extended stays. Additionally, there’s a propane grill and an extra refrigerator beside the door for barbecuing!

Venture to the top floor to discover the roomy primary bedroom featuring a king bed, cozy sitting area, private bathroom, and a secluded balcony.

    Good experience except that one of our wristbands was inactive which caused many text messages and a trip to the HOA office to get fixed.

    I think the management company changed from time of booking to check-in so it wasn't clear to me where to get the entry codes, but phone support was awesome and text too. The floors in the kitchen looked like they could use a good mop, don't think us entering after the cleaning crew left affected things but :) Location was great. We did not use the golf cart but were unsure if it was available to use. I think the owners could fix some of the loose bathroom tiles on the floor (primary bedroom), faucets, shower (handheld) etc as many door handles etc were loose but these are minor issues.

    The house was nice and clean, close to the beach. Great location. We took a golf cart to Camp Watercolor and found it off putting to have to pay to park a golf cart.
