Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom WaterColor home accommodates up to 10 guests and is only a 2-minute stroll from WaterColor Beach Club and beach access! Enjoy relaxed days lying on the beach, taking advantage of the numerous community pools, footpaths, and tennis courts, or exploring the nearby Emerald Coast neighborhoods.
Soothing natural hues, tongue-and-groove walls, and warm hardwood floors come together for a harmonious, cottage-style interior in the great room on this home’s main level. In the living area, sink back into the deep couches and plush armchairs surrounding a TV and DVD player for a relaxing night with friends and family. To the side is a wood table with 6 chairs beneath a Capiz shell chandelier. Culinary-inspired guests will love the high-end appliances and ample counter space in the L-shaped kitchen, complete with a 4-stool breakfast bar and wine cooler. Head out to the attached balcony for a leisurely lunch at the 6-person patio table or curl up in the shaded porch swing while enjoying views of the bright turquoise Gulf waters. Absolutely loved this property. Great for kids and adults- littles loved the bunk beds and adults all had rooms with on suite bathrooms which was fantastic. Location is literal steps from the shops, beach club and beach access. Without being in the actual beach itself, this is as close as it gets. Also enjoyed the golf cart that came with the property. Home was clean, spacious and beautiful. Would rent again!

Wow!!! By far the best location in Watercolor! Right next to the beach club and beautiful views of the beach that is only steps away! Watercolor is certainly a dream to bring your family and enjoy a week, especially with accommodations like this! This house was immaculate as a bunch of updates appeared to have been done. 360 Blue did let us know the house had new owners as of this month. We will definitely be renting this house again and can't wait to return for another week!

We were celebrating a big family birthday and loved staying at 105 Park Row. We've been coming to 30A for 13 years and this was my favorite location so far! The beach club pool and beach access are a few steps away. We rode bikes everyday as we always do when in watercolor, the golf cart was a plus when our legs were tired from bike riding. When we had a couple of issues 360 Blue was there fixing everything in no time. It was a perfect stay! Thanks for everything!

Our party of 11 really enjoyed the property. Great access to everything Watercolor has to offer. The one item that was not perfect was the AC. It struggled to keep up with heat by late afternoon. Overall, I would highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and 4 children ages 8-12. The good: (1) the rooms and layout were very good for our group. (2) Enjoyed the view of the gulf and the privacy of green area across street and no house right next door.(3) very easy to get to beach. (4) access to swimming pools was good. (5) kids really liked bunk room with reading lights and electrical outlets. The ""not as good"": (1) house could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. For example, there were small dust piles on stairs (2) Having large master suite on third floor was somewhat inconvenient for the older couple. (3) some items need to be repaired or replaced, like trash can in kitchen and several blinds where they were difficult to work, or in one instance had no pull cords. (4) no hangers in master suite and limited space to hang clothes there.

We loved this property! My husband and I, along with our daughter and son with their families, (9 total), met in Water Color for a family vacation. This house was perfect in every way. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen was nicely equipped with quality cookware as we cooked dinner in twice. The kids loved the availability of some of the beach toys and bikes. The top floor master bedroom was amazing and beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful porch and who doesn't love a porch swing?! I would definitely want to return to this house again!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location! We loved the proximity to the Beach Club pool (heated, which was great in February) and the beach, as well as being able to walk to shops and ice cream. We ate breakfast on the porch every morning, enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. The kitchen was very well equipped- we cooked several meals in the home. The kids loved the bunk room! 360 Blue was great to work with, very helpful with any questions we had. This was one of the best beach homes we've rented!

Fabulous house with everything we needed to accommodate six adults and 4 children. We entertained 22 guests for Thanksgiving and enjoyed being able to seat everyone in comfortable surroundings. The kitchen was great to work in and provided every utensil and dish/glass/pan that was necessary. Wonderful view, perfect location adjacent to the beach and pool. Can't think of a better place to be.

Beautiful home! Great location to wonderful amenities no need for a golf cart. Thank you for the bicycles. The rest of these things are fairly minor but want to mention as helpful feedback. Wish we would have known about helmets in a closet, & extension cords In the home. Wish there was recycling. Wish we would have known about reserving beach chairs in advance. Main washing machine smells of mildew. This is common with front loaders. Washing machine needs to be cleaned and then all visitors need to know to leave the washer door open when not in use and especially when checking out. If housekeeping uses the washing machine, they need to be told to leave the door open. Black gunk has built up behind the sink faucet. Also black gunk buildup under rim of counter where sink is attached to granite. A/C worked great! Upstairs master toilet runs constantly, One of the downstairs toilets did not work at all but did not cause problems for us because we didn't we need to use that bathroom as much. Definitely want t

The location of this house is truly the best in watercolor...right next to the beach club and fitness center, with ocean views from several spots in the house! We had three young kids with us (ages 5, 3, and 10 months), and we rented two bike trailers so that the lack of a golf cart was never a deterrent. Biking to Seaside and the camp watercolor pool were two favorites! The only downside, as other reviewers have mentioned, was the A/C. It malfunctioned and started dripping water into the kitchen on our last night there. We had overall an incredible family vacation, and we look forward to returning to watercolor soon! We would definitely rent this house again.

We've always loved Watercolor and Santa Rosa Beach. This house is so well laid out for multiple families and amazingly close to the main pool and beach access that it made our Watercolor experience the best ever. The house had everything we needed for large dinners and the teenage girls loved the bunk room. Best house on 30-A in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Everything was so homey and comfortable! Our 4th visit to the area but the first time to stay in that part of watercolor. We weren't disappointed! The only suggestion I have is to supply more towels and rags to clean in the kitchen and also a better broom. It was a challenge to keep cleaned up after ourselves.

Nice house in the best location in Watercolor. Steps from the main pool and beach and an easy walk to Seaside. Horseback riding, YOLO boards on Western Lake, bike trails, all fun. There were ten in our party and all had a great time. The kitchen would benefit from a few amenities such as an ice chip maker, some covered food containers (like Tupperware), some dish cloths and more than two dish towels. Also, there was only one garage door remote (not two as advertised), but on the whole these were minor inconveniences. Moreover, when there was a problem (not enough beach access cards, wi fi loss) the response was fast and friendly.

This is the third time staying at 105! We love this house and its location! The bunk room was a huge upgrade! Well done! Also, the kitchen looks fresh with the new paint job! I would suggest adding more seating in the living room. The one negative is the renting of the beach chairs through watercolor. There was 8 of us for the week and with $65 per chair per day, that would have been $3800 ! That's ridiculous! Fortunately for us, we didn't know nor expect to pay for a beach chair and was not approached until our last day. The St. Joe employee was extremely rude. Given what we pay to rent this great house for a week, somethings got to change with regards to the beach chair policy. Can the homeowner provide chairs? If so, can they be used at the beach?

We apologize for the confusion concerning the beach chair rentals. 360 Blue is allowed to set up chair rentals on the line of Seaside and Watercolor. Our price is $150 per week for 2 chairs and one umbrella. Please contact our concierge department in the future - we will be happy to accommodate your party!

We enjoyed 105 Park Row Lane with the great location almost next to the Beach Club, the six bikes just outside, and the beautiful view past the pines to the dunes and the beach. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything a family would need. We walked over to Seaside for dinner and shopping and biked around Watercolor. What a great home to enjoy for our beach vacation!

We stayed here while our floors were being refinished. This is a really wonderful home, but what makes it truly exceptional is the location. Being just steps from the watercolor beach club and beach access made our stay so relaxing and convenient. Also, the residence is pet friendly, which is rare to find down here in a home that is as nice as this one is. We had a wonderful visit.

This was our first time to stay in Watercolor. We owned a home in Seaside for 11 years and sold it 2 years ago. This house was wonderful for our family. My daughter and i stayed the whole 2 weeks. Our husbands came for one week and then my best friend came for a week. We loved having the beach and beach pool so close. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the many extras in the house. Our only frustration was the tv service in the bedrooms. The upstairs dryer didnt work and the shower drains need to be cleaned out. They drain very slow. We also could have used a few more washclothes. None of these problems really affected our great stay though. We will definately stay here again in the future!

We stayed in the house with our son, daughter-in-law and three grandkids. It was great. The house is furnished very well, and its great to get to the pool and beach. The A/C system had difficulty keeping the house cool, but that was the only negative. We would stay at the house again with this size group. The Watecolor limitation on golf carts is a real negative, so we would urge the Owner to furnish a golf cart with the house. We had too numerous discussions to count, with other families complaining about this crazy golf cart limitation rule. Many families cannot always walk or ride bikes because kids are too small, or because of age, and driving and parking a car in Watercolor or Seaside is a nightmare, making the golf carts a real positive.

Great spacious house! Close to beach and pool. Shops are very nice at watercolor and close enough to Seaside to walk! We walked to seaside everyday to go to Frost Bites for the kids and we love to eat at Shrimp Shack and the Korean Food trailor. Kids loved playing in grassy area and watching play and movie. Would have been perfect if we had golf cart but they were out of the limited number allowed to rent (only 30)! There is an addtl refrierator in garage thats great for extra water and drinks. This week was crowded so there werent any chairs close to rent, they had a few but they were all the way down at seaside! We had a great week and cant wait to come back!

Beautiful home!!! What a terrific way to bring in the new year!!! Couple of housekeeping issues! In every rental there is usually a complimentary dish washing / laundry detergent. There was none!! The second car garage remote was missing upon our arrival which was sort of a hassle ! Sure it's still in the last renters car!!! The small issues did not deter us from enjoying this fun home!!
