DETAILS: Located in the Crossings District of WaterColor, 74 Wisteria Way is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It's conveniently located to restaurants, Publix, nature trails, and the neighborhood pools that are easily accessible with the home's 4 adult bikes or 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle. It's also just a short ride away to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The entire home has a natural, coastal charm from a professional designer with wooden floors and graceful interiors that is signature to WaterColor's iconic style. The first floor of the home has an open kitchen and living area that opens up to the back patio. With sparkling white marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances, the room has a sleek and clean feel. There are premium Wolfe and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine refrigerator, and an ice maker as well. There is room for 10 at the breakfast bar and dining table to eat together. The spacious patio also has outdoor seating that overlooks the private pool and covered cabana, which has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, beverage refrigerator, gas fireplace and is surrounded by lush greenery. The home's pool has a tanning ledge with lounge chairs that are perfect for sunbathing! Also on this floor is a half-bathroom, large laundry room, butler's pantry, and primary guest suite with a king bed and private bathroom.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king bed with a private bathroom. The second king bedroom has a shared bathroom. The final bedroom has a full-size murphy bed and an attached bathroom that is shared with the king bedroom.

This property really needs attention and maintenance. Unfortunately, we experienced issue after issue throughout our stay. The dryer took 3 to 4 cycles to dry clothing, the kitchen sink drained very slowly, and the master shower had extremely low water pressure. We also encountered multiple bugs in the house, including one large insect that was honestly alarming.
Several advertised or expected amenities were also not functioning. The outdoor electrical outlets did not work the entire stay, which meant the pool lights could not be used at night for the kids. The fan above the outdoor area didn’t work, the outdoor refrigerator didn’t work, and we even had to use an extension cord just to plug in the TV above the fireplace.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool spray/water feature. We specifically chose this property because the listing clearly pictured and advertised the spray feature operating in the pool. It was only after arriving and texting for instructions that we were informed it was unavailable. We were aware the Green Egg grills were unavailable, but not the pool sprayers, which was a major factor in booking this home.
Additionally, this is our fourth rental in WaterColor, and it was noticeably less stocked than previous homes we’ve rented. There was only one garbage bag per trash can, no coffee filters, and only two dishwasher tabs and two laundry pods provided for the entire stay.
Lastly, I really miss the welcome paperwork/information packets that used to be left in the homes. Everything being moved to a QR code felt far less helpful and personal.

The home and customer service was amazing. The only knock was that we lost the LSV key on day 1 and there was no spare on file. We felt this was an oversight as keys often go missing especially on the beach.

Great home and location. This may be a standard but we were surprised there were no basic cooking items available such as salt or pepper or foil beyond an extra paper towel roll.
