Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Located in the coveted beachside Gulf District of WaterColor, this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo is in one of the best locations in town. Convenience is all around when you stay at Beachside #21 as it is ideally located between the beach access and the private Beachside Pool.
Natural light welcomes you into this beautifully finished open floor plan, highlighting the hardwood floors and stunning views. The primary bedroom can be found on the first floor, featuring a plush king bed and bunk bed, direct porch access, and an en suite with jetted tub and stand up shower. This suite also includes a quaint sitting area. The second bedroom on this floor also includes a king bed and bunk bed with a private bathroom.
On the upper level, you will find the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is overlooking the open dining room and living room. Two sets of french doors open to ocean views. There is a half-bath off the shared living space, along with a twin over twin bunk nook. The second-floor bedroom includes a plush king bed and private bath.

Townhouse is well maintained and well located. closest to the beach you can find in Watercolor and almost as close as you can get to Downtown Seaside yet still be in Watercolor of access to their great water clubs. Two bedrooms on the ground floor were great for those who did not like to climb stairs. second floor deck had a great view of the ocean.

This is a lovely and well appointed home close to the beach and all the activities we wanted to participate in. The bedrooms are well situated with each one a small nook close by with a set of bunkbeds, perfect, poor children. My only suggestion would to have an option of a cotton quilt in a closet, but other than that, it was a fantastic house and stay.

Lovely condo and perfect location. Only issue is the beach chair rentals are deplorable. The service is awful and you need to investigate before you arrive. Otherwise you will spend beach time tracking down how to rent these things.

Beautiful unit, very accommodating for multigenerational group of 6. BUT why do pictures include a complex with water slides?? None on the property! And why stop heating the pools mid-week?? Would be smarter to heat for normal ‘stay week’ period!!

We love staying in Watercolor Beachside condos. If you want waterfront in Watercolor there is no place better. We love going to the Beachclub for live music and sunset views. Condo #21 is not as beautifully decorated as #3 but has nice views from the 2nd story deck. The gardeners even trimmed the hedges for a better view when we asked them! Beds were very comfortable! We had to have 360 staff help us with a couple of issues but after that our 10 days were great. If you have more than 1 car you have to park across the street because you can't use the garage and there is no visitor parking. We were off peak so it wasn't a problem. The furniture in the den needs cleaning and repair, the TVs need an update as well. For the price, all should be high quality and in perfect condition. We brought our own bikes so I can't review the rental bikes. Overall we had a wonderful fall getaway, thanks for everything!

Really was impressed with the condo and particularly the proximity to the beach. We literally left our shoes at the condo and walked the boardwalk outside our door to the beach. Wish the weather was better but with how close we were, we were able to run out to the beach between storm clouds. Really enjoyed it and plan to be back!

You can't beat this units location! We typically stay in Seaside but we decided to branch out and try Watercolor this vacation because we have two young children and have heard excellent things about the community and wow, we loved our stay! The property did not disappoint in any way and the access to the beach and condo pool was the best! Also, having access to Camp Watercolor and the other pool down by the beach was a game changer for our family. The unit itself was more than we needed and easily/comfortably fit out family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was reasonably stocked (except no plastic plates or cups for little ones), and the furnishings/decor was so well done! We would hands down choose Watercolor and this unit again for future stays!

The perfect beach house! Everything is within walking distance and is the best location in watercolor by far. The beach is a 10 second walk down the boardwalk next to house and the white sand is beautiful. The view toward the ocean from the balcony is amazing and we loved opening up the balcony doors to hear the waves crashing while sitting in the living room. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the beach for the beautiful sunsets! (We never felt like there was noise coming from the boardwalk and we had 3 babies in our group!) The heated watercolor beach club pool was so fun for all of us and is only a 3 minute walk away!! The condo pool was another great option if you wanted a more quiet spot late afternoon especially for napping. Another one of our favorite things to do was take the short walk to the Seaside food trucks each day! Thank you for the best week at the beach! The location is perfect. Seriously can't wait to go back to #21 this Summer!!!

As usual, properties that are handled by 360 Blue are in very good condition. We loved the size of this place and the location. It was a huge plus to have a golf cart, although I don't know that the golf cart still comes with it. We could open the doors and hear the ocean. This particular unit is about 20 years old so it is showing some wear very clearly on the floors and some of the cabinets. This unit also lacked the personalization we had seen in other units which made it a little less homey. We do plan to go back. Seaside is great in February.

We love the 30A experience and this was our 4th visit to the area. The Beachfront 21 condo was overall clean and beach proximity was excellent. You are not able to see the beach due to the dunes and trees but could see the Gulf over the trees. The beach was literally steps away. There was some confusion for us in the Watercolor and 360 Blue distinctions. We did enjoy the pools and facilities of Watercolor, all were excellent. The actual rental was via 360 Blue. Beach chair rental was through Watercolor. We were not satisfied with the beach chair rental experience as there was a distinction in the fact that we were 360 Blue.

Beautifully decorated condo! The location was perfect because it was beach front and right next to the beach walk so getting to the beach was a breeze! It was also on the outskirts of Watercolor which made it close to both Watercolor and Seaside. It was so nice to have golf cart to get to Seaside, although it was close enough to walk. The furnishings were fabulous and the unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachside #21 is a fantastic home with a wonderful location. The 6 seater golf cart is a huge bonus as well as the 6 bikes. The home was decorated nicely and lots of games for us to play. Kitchen is well appointed. It would be helpful from To provide a written portfolio of all the information in the app left in the home! It is extremely helpful when referring to the important information regarding a rental property. Not everyone in a group wants to download the app to have access to property information. Our family of five had an absolutely amazing week at Beachside #21. Its location on the beach and next to the pool is perfect, and we loved zipping around Watercolor and Seaside in the golf cart. So fun! The interior is beautiful, updated and a crisp white. We especially loved the veranda with view of the Gulf, and the huge coffee table in the family room perfect for playing games at night. The Wifi and TVs in each room made everyone feel at home and the beds were very comfortable. We wish this property was available for our next visit to Watercolor this summer because it will be hard to beat! We felt so fortunate.

What a fabulous week we've had at Beachside #21! This is the most perfect condo for all ages. It is tremendously spacious and the interior looks brand new! The location could not be more ideal--located directly on the beach and an easy, quick walk into Seaside. From the large golf cart (seats 6) and the abundance of bikes to the large flatscreen tv's with Apple TV, this unit is filled with amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it was really fun to cook in a few nights! The bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds are insanely comfortable! We are so grateful to discover this amazing unit, and look forward to many more special memories here. HIGHLY recommend!!

The house was great. Perfect location right on the beach & next to the pool and between WaterColor & Seaside for things to do. We enjoyed using the bikes daily and LOVED that the unit was all wood floors and no carpet. We had 2 adults and a teen with more than enough room. The 360 Blue bonfire was also a terrific event. The perfect beach house! We celebrated Easter there and had such an amazing time with family. The beach is a 10 second walk and the white sand is beautiful. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing and we loved opening up the balcony doors to hear the waves crashing while sitting in the living room. Truly Paradise!! We also LOVED how close the boardwalk was from the house. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the beach for the beautiful sunsets! (We never felt like there was noise coming from the boardwalk and we had 3 babies in our group!) The heated watercolor beach club pool was so fun for all of us and is only a 3 minute walk away!! The condo pool was another great option if you wanted a more quiet spot late afternoon especially for napping. Another one of our favorite things to do was take the short walk to the Seaside food trucks each day! Thank you for the best week at the beach! The location is perfect. Seriously can't wait to go back to #21 this Fall!!

What an amazing stay. It was the perfect location for how we love to experience the beach. We have stayed in many different homes and condos in Watercolor and Seaside, but we all agreed that this Lingerlonger place is tops! Met some new friends and felt right at home! Great experience and great vacation! Our only frustration, which had nothing at all to do with the condo, was the construction next door. Truly frustrating. One day we could not even enter the door because it was blocked off. The good definitely outweighed the bad.

We very much enjoyed staying in this unit. The size was great and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Unfortunately, due to the growth or bushes etc in the back there really is not a view of the ocean from the deck. 360 Blue did a good job of responding to all of our needs. The only real negative was our 7:30AM jackhammer wake up call each morning due to construction at the house next door being renovated. It shook the walls and of course made it difficult for our children and us to sleep in a little on vacation - not nearly as restful of a week as it could have been. I suspect that construction will be going on for a while. Otherwise an enjoyable place to stay. Sorry. No photos to upload now.

We had a really great time on our trip! The staff at 360 were so friendly and accomodating. From getting a smaller bike for our daughter, to replacing a broken toaster, everything was taken care of quickly and graciously. I always felt important and well taken care of. Condo was a great location and worked well for our family of four that are used to their own spaces. We will definately book through 360 every time we return!

We had a wonderful time staying in watercolor at this lovely condo. The location could not have been better! It was so close to the beach, the pool, and a short walk to Seaside. Our family and friends really enjoyed using the bicycles provided with the rental. We most definitely will be back!

The house was beautiful, perfect location steps from the beach and accommodated our seven person family! 3 generations enjoyed the beach and fun of Watercolor. The home was a good place for a 2 1/2 year grandchild and the pop-up bed provided really helped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. Many wonderful memories were created during our time in Watercolor! While our stay and the property were great, there were repairs needed that caused us some problems. The back door handle was broken and pieces were not secured. We waited more than 24 hours to receive a call back from 360 Properties about items that were needed. Once staff called back things were taken care of quickly and they addressed our needs. However, no call back about needing two more bikes. We called the phone number provided to us and listed in the printed notebook and were told it was not the right number! Despite these inconveniences, we had a wonderful vacation!

We aren't sure how this mis-communication occurred, but we will look into it. Lastly, we double checked the number in the welcome guides and found it does go directly to our phone tree, so again, we are not sure what caused this issue, but we will further investigate. Our family had a wonderful and relaxed stay this week. We have been to Watercolor many times over the last 10 years and this was definitely one of our favorite locations. SO close to the beach, The Watercolor Inn and to Seaside. We can't decide if this was our 19th or 20th trip to Watercolor but we know it wont be our last. Looking forward to the next one already!
