The first floor offers access to the pool area, where you’ll find a handy beverage fridge—perfectly placed for evening cocktails—a grill and outdoor table seating. 360 blue was great - I LOVE the texting if we needed anything - way better than calling. The house itself was just okay -- it was weathered/aged and needs some updating for the price. The cabinets/cupboards were old and difficult to open. Also there was no pantry or place to store food -- there was a big pantry next to the fridge that was locked. That was a big miss.
The pool was FANTASTIC -- loved how big it is and that it has an outdoor bathroom!
The location was also fantastic -- loved how close it was to the beach club!
The layout of the house was bizarre - didn't love that the kitchen was on the 2nd floor -- we were constantly going up and down the stairs.
The price should be discounted on the house due to the poor layout, BAD cabinets, no storage space for food and overall cleanliness of the floors.

We had a great vacation staying at your property! It was in the perfect location in close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Having access to the beach club was perfect for our children however, we also enjoyed nighttime swims at the house while relaxing before dinners.
