DETAILS: Louisiana Purchase is an impressive 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home that sleeps an advertised 16. Located in the Woods of Watercolor, this home has nearby bike paths, access to the newly expanded private Watercolor Beach Club, and multiple community pools. Louisiana Purchase is located between Seaside shopping, tennis courts, kids pool with water slides, lazy river, and adult food and beverage. Come enjoy private access to the beach through the Beach Club!

This 3-story home features a Southern-inspired wrap-around porch, second-floor balcony with seating, and newly upholstered swings. Entry on the left side of the home opens to a beautiful dining room and kitchen with brick flooring that has a wonderful New Orleans vibe.
