360 was very responsive to the issues we had at this house. The kitchen fridge would not get below 60 degrees so we lost some food - we found out this fridge had been an issue previously at this house. The cable/internet did not work until Thursday - we missed the NCAA basketball final game and the Masters that week. The home owner has a dog and the house has pet dander even though the listing said no dogs. We were allergic and had to send home a family member mid-week due to an allergic reaction. 360 responded to each of our issues although it was a difficult week in this house. I would not choose this specific house again.

Our family has never visited Watercolor and we were blown away with the community and the “Jordan house”. It was exactly as described and fit our family perfectly. Incredibly designed, layout of the home was perfect, and all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect as it was a quick walk to restaurants, the beach club, and Camp watercolor, which the kids LOVED. Not to mention trolly that would pick up and drop off if you prefer over the short walk.The next time we decide to book a vacation on 30A, we will only book the Jordan House in Watercolor!
