Prime location, easy to walk over to beach & located above shops (apparel, eatery). WaterColor Trolley service is so convenient (complimentary Uber around town). Master bedroom is spacious and private, second bedroom is very small, but it worked great for our group. Community is well kept, beautiful trail system throughout, property has a fantastic covered, wrap around balcony. Expensive, but comparable price to 30A area. When comparing to hotel, this condo has more to offer (kitchen, floor plan, privacy).

Great condo! Living room is bigger than pictures make it look. Beds are comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Kitchen is well stocked. Balconies are a plus and can have a decent breeze. A/C unit is very loud. Not a problem at while sleeping but if it’s running and you are watching tv it’s inconvenient. Would definitely rent this unit again!
