This home has no limits when it comes to extravagance and comfort. An additional carriage house located above the two car garage includes vaulted ceilings, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and separate private King bedroom, plus a luxurious full marble bath.

    Property and experience could have been 10/10 but there were several issues on check in including no hot water and the pool heat not on. The hot water turned into a recurring issues. Also there were several lights with bulbs out throughout the property. Patio grill was clogged with grease and uncleaned/not functional. An extra LSV (owners) was on site occupying one of the guest dedicated parking spots. Nail heads exposed just outside the master suite closet (they were "fixed" during our stay but are still exposed). Cookware in the kitchen is gross and should be refreshed, particularly pans. No silicone spatulas to flip pancakes or eggs. You sent a team out - they addressed the majority of the issues as they popped up. Wished we didn't have the issues to start, and the property had been maintained and checked beforehand.

    Very nice home...a few suggestions...instructions for using the TV (even the 360 Blue maintenance men couldn't figure it out)..instructions for the indoor/outdoor speaker system...360 Blue was very responsive on a few "issues" we had with pool heating..

    Everything is wonderful except it would be so very helpful if, when a group has a later flight on departure day, the wristbands could stay activated for a few extra hours so that we would have some place to hang out after checkout. We would have only gone to the beach club and spent more money on food/drinks while using the pool. Don't see why this should be a problem. Otherwise, everything is fantastic!
