Everything is wonderful except it would be so very helpful if, when a group has a later flight on departure day, the wristbands could stay activated for a few extra hours so that we would have some place to hang out after checkout. We would have only gone to the beach club and spent more money on food/drinks while using the pool. Don't see why this should be a problem. Otherwise, everything is fantastic!

Just a couple of things that would've been nice....please put 2 bars of hand soap in the bathrooms that have 2 sinks; the door alarm on the carriage house was SUUUUUUUPER ANNOYING every.single. time the door is open with no way to silence it like in the main house...everything else was fantastic!

Loved this house, it was even better than the photos! Everything was perfectly clean upon arrival, and the staff was sure to check in with us to address any questions or concerns immediately in order to make sure our stay was nothing less than fabulous. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has that perfect vacation vibe. Kids loved the bunk beds, closet full of board games, ping pong table, and porch swings. House is walkable to Publix and Camp Watercolor. Would highly recommend staying at Sea Haven!

We loved our time at Sea Haven. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfy and the location was perfect. We had a few issues with the fridge and air conditioning and the 360 crew were great about getting people out to fix things. My only negative comment is that I thought a few things in the house felt a bit 'tired'. Some of the throw pillows were stained or tattered - a silly complaint I know but for a high end house I think everything should be 10/10.

We had a really great time and enjoyed SeaHaven. Suggestions:
-Specific instructions to operate TV’s
-sheets on the sofa bed in the carriage house were dirty (fitted sheet left on mattress from previous guest and available flat sheet and blankets were musty/not fresh at all)
-if you ask guests to run dishwasher on leaving and obviously want them to keep up dishes, why not leave plenty of dishwasher tablets?
-only a few wash clothes for bathing in the house. Ran wash several times just to have clean wash clothes (waste of time/electricity/water)

We really enjoyed our first week in Watercolor and at Seahaven! There was plenty of room for all of our kids and grandkids and the house is just beautiful. Three couches, a large dining table and huge kitchen and dining area gave us spacious family time at all times of the day. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms lovely so every family had their own little private area. We used the carriage house for one group and it was so close that they were always easily a part of things going on in the house. We used the golf cart daily and learned that after half the charge is gone that it will begin to sputter so plan accordingly. We had to wait all but the last day of our trip to have a heated pool but 360 got on repairing it as soon as we arrived and reported it. Margie was extremely consistent with repair requests and always pleasant and accommodating. It makes a good trip great when you feel supported by the rental agency. We will use 360 again without hesitation and are already planning a return!

Sea Haven far exceeded our expectations! The home was immaculate and the layout was perfect for our group. The golf cart was great for quick trips to the beach, wine bar or the waterpark at Camp watercolor! The heated pool and spa were great for evening swims. The kitchen was well stocked and we absolutely loved the Espresso machine! My husband really enjoyed playing the exclusive golf courses that come with this home being an Executive Access property with 360 Blue. Sea Haven was like staying at our own private resort! Sea Haven in Watercolor is perfect for a family and friends vacation!!! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room and then some!!! This home is not only beautiful but a prime location and stacked with amenities!! We enjoyed the chef's kitchen and it's close proximity to Publix made the multiple ""oops we forgot"" trips just a quick golf cart ride away!!! The outdoor kitchen was also used a ton!!! The private pool was a great ending to each day as the kids cooled off while the adults prepared dinner and the adults enjoyed late night swims to relax after the kids were down!!! A bike ride or golf cart drive to the Watercolor Inn pool was a favorite as well as to Seaside!!! This house is comfortable, clean, and fun!! Wow, this house is amazing! I'm not sure words can truly describe how beautiful and comfortable this home is. The pictures are stunning, but the home itself exceeded our every expectation! There was plenty of room to spread out, but the house was well designed to keep everyone together as well. We had 9 girlfriends for our stay but multiple families, families with kids, and extended family trips would be fantastic! Drinking a coffee made in the fancy espresso machine while rocking on a porch swing is highly recommended!

This home was perfect!! What beautifully appointed home embodying casual elegance. So comfortable and so easy to live in while vacationing. The perfect place for a getaway with family, multiple families, or a girls trip. Feels like a private getaway and so close to the pool the beach shopping and delicious restaurants. Highly recommend!

Some girlfriends and I stayed in this lovely home for a few days and had a wonderful time. There is so much room to break away and be alone, or if we wanted to all be together, there were several places we could do that also. We enjoyed dinner on the back porch, several of us cooked together in the spacious kitchen, we all gathered for a pow wow in the living room, the beds were perfect, showers and bathtub were heaven sent, porch swings, pool! Paradise. Very functional living space with plenty of perks and options.

Seahaven was perfect for our three families with a one year old and three year old twins. The spacious great room and commercial kitchen made for a wonderful gathering area. Never crowded and a beautiful neighborhood. The bicycle trails and easy access to everwhere made it even better. Don't want to go home.

This new, immaculate, perfectly decorated beach home makes you say ""ahhh"" when you walk through the front door. Restful colors, huge kitchen with ALL high end Thermador appliances, private pool/spa, white oak sanded floors, Carrera marble kitchen island and bathrooms...too much to enumerate here. We've been coming to this area for 25 years, and no other place even comes close.

Staying at Sea Haven in Watercolor was a totally amazing experience. The light spacious feel of the large open gourmet kitchen and dining room was perfect for our laid back holiday routine, with some using the Wi-Fi, whilst others headed to the great pool and hot tub rich in the backyard! The privacy of this house is something you rarely have in Watercolor. Flat screen HD TV's were everywhere and everyone had something for them. The kids' bunk room was a huge hit with video games and a DVD for hanging out at night after dinner. The bedrooms were very large, luxurious, and spacious, with plenty of storage and beautiful marble bathrooms. Bicycles were outside for exploration trips. The house was five star all the way, the people were friendly, and the resort was everything you would expect from a First Class establishment. The Beach was immaculate with everything you could want - even cocktails! We would recommend Sea Haven to anyone, beautiful House, great location, wonderful service.

See Haven was great for our ""Guys Fishing Trip"". There was plenty of space for large group of guys to ""spread out"". The expanded cable sports package made it so everyone could watch what they wanted. The extra-large grill was great for grilling a wide variety of foods. The Thermador in-cabinet coffee maker makes the single best cup of coffee I've ever had. The heated pool means no matter how cold it got, we could enjoy a swim. Depending on fishing conditions, Sea Haven's location makes it convenient to charter out of either Destin or Panama City. The concierge service means we could get help for all those things us ""guys"" tend to forget. We had an incredible time. We've all agreed to make this an annual trip to Sea Haven.

Sea Haven was our ""sea heaven"" for five glorious days! The house is perfect with a WOW factor everywhere you look from the well appointed chef's kitchen, spacious family gathering room, heavenly beds and gorgeous decor to the bicycles, porches galore with swinging beds, outdoor kitchen and perfect pool/jacuzzi! We made wonderful family memories at Sea Haven we'll always cherish! On our last night we released sky lanterns on the beach in celebration of our daughter's birthday! Sea Haven...i.e. HUGE SMILE!

This was our 4th trip to Watercolor and the Sea Haven was by far, our favorite home!! Their are many lovely homes to choose from but the private pool sealed the deal! This was our 4th trip to Seahaven and we could not be happier. This house has everything you could want to have a perfect vacation. The gourmet kitchen makes preparing and sharing a meal with your family and friends a dream. The mulitmedia package makes it easy to enjoy movies or listen to music inside and out. The backyard features a large grill with rotisserie, outdoor speakers, a wonderful pool, and hottub. The bedrooms are large and appointed perfectly and even the guest baths are large enough to be masters in other homes. They really have thought of everything.

Our family and close friends vacation has been wonderful and we have not had to want for a thing. Fabulous restaurants near by, beautiful pools, shopping and more. We have never stayed in the same house twice in Watercolor as we have always been looking for the perfect place! This year we found it and next year we will definitely be staying here again! We could not have asked for anything better! We enjoyed waking up each morning and starting our day in the amazing saltwater pool and ending each day in a luxurious shower and comfortable bed! The kitchen could not have been better stocked and we loved being able to prepare our meals in it. This summer we celebrated a fifth and eighty-fifth birthday in Watercolor! We are so pleased to have been able to make memories here at Sea Haven!

This is the best house we have ever stayed in Watercolor. The pool, outdoor spaces and privacy at this house cannot be beat. We really loved cooking on the gourmet kitchen and the built-in coffee maker was like having a Starbucks in your house. We had a great week staying at Sea Haven. We have stayed in Watercolor before, but this property exceeded our other stay by far! It is a beautiful house, professionally decorated, and equipped with all amenities. We were a party of 13, ranging in ages from 9-73. This home met the needs of all guests. We would definitely request this home again!!
