A picturesque sitting space welcomes guests to the first level, featuring slip-covered furnishings, TV, and a queen Murphy bed for extra accommodations. Step onto the shaded porch with a bistro set and access to community walking paths. The cheerful primary bedroom boasts a king bed and private bathroom—with TVs in every bedroom! A hallway washer and dryer adds convenience.

Natural light from multi-level bay windows fills the stairwell leading to the second level, where golden hardwood floors and sea-inspired décor set the scene for stress-free days. In the living area, an oversized sectional tempts guests to sprawl out and unwind with a movie night on the Blu-ray player. French doors open onto a welcoming balcony with views of the lush landscaping and glittering Gulf. Share indulgent dinners around the 6-person round table, with extra seating available at the 3-stool breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen, well-equipped with high-end appliances and granite countertops, makes meal preparation easy. *Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.

Please Note: Effective March 2024, all low-speed vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company. Rentals are limited to 60 carts community-wide, with a maximum of 1 per home on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Disclaimer: WaterColor condos lack exterior outlets for low-speed vehicle charging. Due to safety concerns, 360 Blue is unable to provide extension cords. Guests renting a low-speed vehicle should coordinate charging needs with the rental company.
