Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Disclaimer: Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart/LSV.

    Spot on location, condo amenities and condo layout! This large 3 bedroom condo allowed for large gatherings upstairs in the family room and around the dining table. The bedrooms are large and beds very comfortable creating a lovely retreat to a private space. The well appointed kitchen lacked nothing for creating a variety of meals. A collection of puzzles books and games provided indoor entertainment on a rainy day. By far, my favorite aspect of this condo is the balcony overlooking the dunes and gulf where glorious days began and ended. Looking forward to staying here again!!

    This property was great for our family of 5. We have stayed at numerous locations along 30a and found this to be one of the best. Very spacious, clean, and great proximity to the beach and pools. The only negative was the ongoing painting of the exterior of the building. Lots of equipment laying around the grounds and the workers started EARLY. Other than that we loved this location and would happily stay here again. Property Manager Response: We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in WaterColor! We absolutely agree that this condo is in the best location for spending time at the beach and pools.     Proximity of condo to beach was fantastic and nice to have the private pool too! Condo was perfect size for our party of 6 and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!     Great property and great location ( can't beat closeness to the beach and pool!!). Price is great for 2 families, but a little expensive for just one. The only minor problem was the trash bin in the kitchen was full left from the previous guests. But overall was a great vacation for the family!     My closest girlfriends and I had a great time staying at this beautiful property! The 9 of us had plenty of space and were close enough to walk to Seaside and the beach! We were only a 10 min drive from the grocery store too which was super helpful! We can't wait to make this a tradition and come back every year!     We go to Seaside every year with another family for a joint family vacation. This condo made it easy to put all the kids in one room (i.e., the large downstairs bunk room) so that they could spend quality time together. Seaside is just as beautiful as ever and this condo made our stay that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be back next year!
