DETAILS: It's all good at 30A-OK! With a 4-passenger golf cart, modern interiors, and an office space, there is something for every type of visitor to appreciate. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the home, with an additional bonus loft on the third floor. Enter through the white picket fence into a chic, cozy living room and an updated kitchen with premium, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is seating for 11 guests at the breakfast bar and dining table. Down the hall, you'll see an office nook complete with built-in shelves and a desk to make working remote a breeze. There are also 2 corresponding guest bedrooms on this floor with a king and a queen bed and private bathrooms.
On the second floor, there is a primary suite with a queen bed and full over full bunk bed with twin trundle and a private bathroom attached that includes a walk-in shower and clawfoot bathtub. There is an additional bonus loft on the third floor with a twin daybed and twin trundle underneath.
Guests will love using the golf cart or bikes to cruise around the gated neighborhood of WaterSound and around 30A to the nearby communities of Rosemary and Seaside! You're also just a short walk away from beautiful Gulf waters and the community pool. Don't miss your chance to stay at 30A-OK!

This house was perfect for our first visit to Watersound! The layout is great and spacious, plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. We continue to return to the water, sounds neighborhood, and this house has been our favorite so far. My family of four with a two-year-old and a four-year-old had plenty of room and were comfortable in the house. We will be returning next year.

This house was the most comfortable, cleanest, and quietest we've stayed in on 30A. Tweens loved the loft, bunk room, and golf cart. Parents loved the comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and easy beach service. Future guests should note one coffee maker takes Nespresso Vertuo line pods and the other cone #4 paper filter (the gold mesh filter was MIA). Our only minor suggestion would be replacing the couches as they feel more like college apartment couches with cushions essentially being like thin bed pillows. Our experience with 360Blue was much better than other companies so we'll be making the switch to their properties from now on.

We have used 360 Blue on several occasion. They are always very informative and also responsive to requests if things are needed to be fixed at the house. The house we stayed at was very clean. However, the living room sofas need to be replaced. They had quite a bit of stains and lack of cushion and were an eye sore the minute we arrived. I read on previous reviews that the couches were bad but was hopeful they had been replaced since the review was a year old. I wouldn’t stay at that particular home again due to not really being able to use the living room sofas. However, this is a homeowners responsibility and 360 Blue was on top of everything else needed.

My family and I had a fabulous stay at 265 Salt Box Lane. We've stayed at Watersound several times and it's always spectacular. This house in particular was fabulous. The beautiful white clean kitchen and bathrooms are so beautifully done. The house is well stocked with tons of towels, linens, it's very clean, and the golf cart was also very nice and updated. Nothing better than to zipping to the beach every day on tour own golf cart. It could not have been a better trip! We happened to meet the owner of the unit and she was SO sweet and accommodating, you can tell she just wants her renters to have the most wonderful experience while staying in her home and it really shows. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

We loved having the pool and the Dunesider grill for food if we didn't feel like leaving. Having a golf cart was an added bonus! The house was clean, welcoming and very comfortable! Had a wonderful very relaxing vacation! The neighborhood is so quiet and tranquil compared to 30A traffic and crowds. Don't venture out unless you want to wait in lines. The house was clean and well equipped. The only things we would recommend would be better frying pans. Maybe a non-stick to cook eggs. The couch was great for teenagers but had no support and not sure what was happening with all the cushions. Would not want to have our aging parents have to sit on it as they would never get out. The Adirondack wooden chairs fell apart when we sat on them so this whole space in the back was not used the whole week so that was very disappointing as we would of loved to have been able to sit back there. Also the hand railing on the steps fell right off when we grabbed it. We did have to call regarding a few problems with fridge and dryer. The repair men we very fast to fix the problem but to get someone on the phone or call you back was a time sucker. They should have one line for house maintenance issues. Thx

The house worked great for our family of four. The living room area is small so not much gathering space for us to all hang together but it worked out fine. However, the couches and chair in the living area were so uncomfortable! The pillow cushions were a pain and we had to stack them all up one end to sit. We were not a fan. The only other issue we had was with the golf cart. It would be fully charged and by the time we drove down to the beach and back twice, the gage would go down to empty and the yellow light would turn on. We were very cautious in driving it and always concerned that it would die. We would charge it after every use and still have the issues.

The home was wonderful. It was clean, the ac worked well, great water pressure in the showers. It's the best home I've stayed in at Watersound so far. Love having the golf cart and beach club access though I was disappointed with the changes at the club this year that detracts from the experience.

This house was great and the cleanest I have rented! The golf cart always worked and charged well. It was an easy fit for our family of five. The TV and electronics were very user friendly. Easy proximity to the beach club. Convenient outdoor shower with hot water for sandy feet and legs.

We get to live like beach bums for one week of the year & we loved doing it at WaterSound. This was our favorite property to date. All of the beds were comfortable and having 4 full bathrooms was nice for our family of 4. The golf cart is essential to the easy beach experience and having the amenities of The Beach Club made for easy and relaxing pool days. This is a 2nd year coming to Water Sound and we had a fantastic time once again. The house was great and the location is convenient to the beach, The Water Sound Beach Club and The Hub. There is really no need to go in to the craziness of Seaside unless you really want to. We will be back. Our family is split between "pool people" and "beach people" and here you get the best of both! A key factor for us is the service at The Water Sound Beach Club. You can order food and drinks and have it all billed to an account...plus beach chairs and umbrellas are part of the package. No need to pull out your wallet every time you want something or drag beach chairs or walk to restaurants. We love it. It's not cheap but you do get service and amenities you can't get just renting a house.

We came down with our children and parents for a 4 day trip. The kids loved the tower with the trundle bed. The evening temps dropped into the 30s and so the fireplace was very welcome, particularly after nighttime walks. The house is very comfortable and cozy and nicely appointed.
