*Unfortunately, this rental property does not come with bikes. Per the HOA bikes are not allowed to be left on the bike racks over night therefore we are unable to offer rental bikes at this unit.

*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
