Every October, the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF) transforms South Walton into a dazzling culinary haven—delighting wine lovers and charity supporters alike—at the Harvest Wine & Food Festival.
Set against Florida's magnificent coastal landscapes, this year marked the 8th annual celebration of fine wine and heartwarming generosity. Lasting an action-packed 4 days, this event raised an incredible $150,000 for underprivileged children in Northwest Florida!
Exquisite Experiences and the Impact of Giving
This year's charity festival brought together more than 1,500 wine enthusiasts from Florida and beyond. Attendees were treated to a diverse lineup of activities, including 5 celebrity wine dinners, the Harvest After Dark celebration, a sumptuous cocktail brunch, and the festival’s hallmark event, the Grand Tasting.
With 27 headlining acts, captivating seminars, and a lively silent auction with 100+ packages and items, participants generously added funds to the already impressive $32 million total that the DCWAF has given to local children's charities.
360 Blue Shines with Community Spirit
At 360 Blue, giving back is at the heart of our mission, and our proud partnership with the DCWAF reflects that commitment. For this charitable cause, we’ve been able to organize highly-prized wine dinners in our private homes, where award-winning chefs collaborate with some of the top wine producers in the country. This year, we raised money with 2 popular events, featuring William Cole Vineyards with Chef Tory McPhail and a Farewell Brunch with Chef Kristen Hall.
We also set up our 360 Blue booth, which quickly became a vibrant hub of excitement and energy, delighting attendees with our thrilling raffle drawing. We were also able to showcase our full suite of services to potential homeowners, while also promoting our vacation rental homes in the area.
It’s our continued hope that showing up and being present for impactful events like these, inspires positive change within these children’s lives as well as throughout the community!
