Enjoy breakfast on the wide front porch from a table crafted from a surfboard, or greet neighbors from a comfy porch chair. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed ceiling beams add formality to a casual living room with slipcovered furniture. Across from the living room is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. A dining table has seating for 6 and leads to a colorful kitchen with premium appliances and a black granite-topped island with a farmhouse sink and seating for 5. Double-glass doors open to an outdoor kitchen with a commercial refrigerator and gas grill. A private courtyard has a swimming pool, chaise lounges, and a dining area. In the evening, dainty string lights above the dining table and lights from the pool create a lovely backdrop for meals. On the second floor, guests may choose between 3 bedrooms that offer king, queen, or twin-over-full bunk beds. An open balcony has views of the neighborhood and connects to a side, screened porch. A ceiling fan, rocking chairs, and wooded views make the screened porch a relaxing spot to unwind. Tucked next to the staircase leading to the 3rd floor is a bonus room with a wet bar, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The third floor is a loft with access to the lookout tower. 2 twin daybeds enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf. A deck on the lookout tower has treetop views of Blue Mountain Beach and the Gulf.     We really enjoyed our experience. The home was very clean and well maintained. All of the appliances were operable. The pool and beach access were great. My children and grandchildren would like to vacation there in 2025.

    Beach Breezes is a wonderful beach home in a wonderful location. The house has plenty of room to spread out, and always feels "the right size" whether we have 2 or 12 there. The heated pool is a nice option in the fall, and the private beach accesses are only a few steps from the front door. We hope to return next year!
