There is plenty of natural light throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include granite countertops, dining seating for 6, counter seating for 5, tiled showers, a deep soaking tub, a bunk room, and a private heated pool! You will also find a newly renovated outdoor shower with towel hooks for ease in showering after the beach. The first floor features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area, with french doors leading out to the front porch, inspiring true indoor/outdoor living. The first floor also features a king suite. The upper level features another primary king suite, and bunk room and includes a second-story porch for guests to lounge. The bunk room includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin daybed, and ensuite bathroom. Located off the back porch is the spacious back patio with a private heated pool with a tanning ledge, a gas grill with an outdoor dining area, a large daybed swing, and lounging space. Designed with a slow pace in mind, "Mint to Be" is a place that allows you to relax, explore, and escape. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10): FIRST FLOOR: - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Shared Bathroom With Shower Only SECOND FLOOR: - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower/Tub Separate - Guest Bedroom: King Bedroom, Shared Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo - Bunk Room: 2 sets of Twin-over-Twin Bunks or use the Twin Day Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo *Weddings are NOT allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. *Pets are NOT allowed at this property. *The carriage house is NOT for guest use. *Smoking is prohibited near or on this property. Fines are associated.

    We had a wonderful Girlfriends Getaway for 4 nights !! Mint To Be had more than everything we needed and it was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home… Loved the location . It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient to restaurants , ice cream and a bakery. Just a short bike ride or drive to Seaside and Watercolor but away from the crowd ….We will be returning. 360 Blue has always done an excellent job.
