DETAILS: Set in the laid-back beach community of Blue Mountain Beach, this residence, graced by natural hardwood and a spacious floor plan, is a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining.
There is plenty of natural light throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include granite countertops, dining seating for 6, counter seating for 5, tiled showers, a deep soaking tub, a bunk room, and a private heated pool! You will also find a newly renovated outdoor shower with towel hooks for ease in showering after the beach.
The first floor features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area, with french doors leading out to the front porch, inspiring true indoor/outdoor living. The first floor also features a king suite.
The upper level features another primary king suite, and bunk room and includes a second-story porch for guests to lounge. The bunk room includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin daybed, and ensuite bathroom.
Located off the back porch is the spacious back patio with a private heated pool with a tanning ledge, a gas grill with an outdoor dining area, a large daybed swing, and lounging space.
Designed with a slow pace in mind, "Mint to Be" is a place that allows you to relax, explore, and escape.

This has been our third year to stay in mint to be. We love this house and is perfect location and accommodations for our family. We did notice one item this year which we were not particularly pleased with. The sheets on the beds do not fit the bed! They were too tight/short. We had to adjust each night and they still would come off the mattress! Please go back to your sheets you were using in the past-they were perfect! These new ones do not work..,

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Blue Mountain Beach over spring break! The location was absolutely perfect! It was just a short walk or ride to the beach and the house was just stunning. It was by far the cleanest beach house we’ve ever stayed in. The fact that it’s a Complete Clean Linen Participant, with all linens laundered after every checkout, was a huge plus for our family.
The home was impeccably styled, incredibly comfortable, and so well stocked...we had everything we needed. We especially loved having access to the bikes and the golf cart, which made getting around super fun and easy.
A couple small suggestions: It would be helpful to have directions for using the fire pit and to know where the pool light switch is located. The smoke detector was extremely sensitive...just using the toaster set it off and it was tricky to stop the beeping once it started. Also, with the beautiful trees in the backyard comes a good amount of leaf drop, so a leaf blower migh...

We had a wonderful Girlfriends Getaway for 4 nights !! Mint To Be had more than everything we needed and it was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home… Loved the location . It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient to restaurants , ice cream and a bakery. Just a short bike ride or drive to Seaside and Watercolor but away from the crowd ….We will be returning.

What a fantastic trip! This is a beautiful home and well thought out with amenities. The Decour is first class. The rental company was fabulous although we really didn't have any major issues. The area is beautiful. We love the pool and golf cart! Would highly recommend anyone.

We have rented from different agencies around this area over the years and I can absolutely say that this was the best house we've booked for our family! We had 6 adults and 2 children and Mint To Be was perfect! We've never had a house so well equipped or had so many amenities! The pool area and fire pit were awesome! All loved the huge swing out back. There were plenty of chairs around the pool. The inside was spacious and the kitchen was very nice! Huge pantry and plenty of cooking and barbecuing supplies. I must add that 360 Blue was THE BEST! The house was clean and supplied with ample trash bags and necessities. Their staff was super helpful with questions and quick to respond. Their app was extremely helpful! Will never book with anyone else! Thanks for making our family vacation so wonderful!

We absolutely loved the house and the location! Blue Mountain Beach is perfect for a family beach trip. The house exceeded our expectations with a wonderful open plan for living room, dining space for 13 (8 at the table & 5 at the bar), and well stocked kitchen. We loved the three king bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk room. It was fantastic for our family of 10 (3 adult couples and 4 kids). Oh, and the pool.... we spent many hours enjoying the pool, the outdoor space beside the pool, and back porch with a daybed swing. Other nice extras... this property includes use of a six-person golf cart and 4 adult bikes! Property is very close to public beach access plus another beach access at the end of Gulf Point Road. Be sure to checkout Blue Mountain Beach Creamery & Shake Shop for wonderful ice cream, donuts, and shakes! Also, you will find many excellent restaurants in the area.

I was part of the BFF 60th birthday celebration last week and we had a fabulous time at Mint To Be! The weather couldn't have been better, the house was awesome and we made some wonderful memories over the week! The golf cart and bikes were an extra treat! We did love the big front porch and swing, as well as the big swing around back. We sat around the fire pit, told tales and laughed for hours. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone! Loved the house, loved the beach and had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing vacation at 110 Gulf Point. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having the pool and fire pit in the backyard. The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed having the bikes and only used the golf cart once . Restaurants, coffee and ice cream are in walking distance. I have had a very hard time making myself write this review because there are NO words to describe how absolutely perfect this vacation was for all of us! It was our family's first multigenerational vacation and this home could not have been more beautifully appointed for us. It had everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed! It didn't feel like a rental at all. It felt like we were staying in a close friend's home. A home filled with warmth and love. Over and above the home, 360 Blue sets the standard for customer service. The first night we were there we had a very bad storm. Lightening hit one of the t.v.'s and also took out our cable and WiFi. We called and they were at the house within 10 minutes. Anytime we needed anything or had a question they were prompt and customer oriented. I have never seen a company care more for their customers. I am now a 360 Blue customer for life! I think it's ""Mint To Be"" that we will work with 360 Blue again in the future!

disappointed on arrival with ,sand on floor,dirty towels left behind,and dishwasher not emptied,and wet. Vendors used by 360 RE: pack and play and paddle board were very disappointing. Pack and Play ordered and then canceled within 2 hours and we are still be charged $53.50., NOT HAPPY.Paddle Board vendor never contacted us to tell us they didn't have one to deliver until we called.The photographer ""Adam Lee"" was prompt and professional.

We had an amazing week at Mint to Be! Our experience really couldn't have been better. The home is immaculate, location is perfect, and we were so comfortable during our stay. I was a little worried about the pool not being heated but the kids still used it every day! Will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous family vacation!! There were 6 adults and 4 children in our party and this beautiful house worked perfectly for us. This was by far my favorite beach house and we have been renting beach homes for 20 years now. The house was beautifully decorated and had quality appliances throughout the entire home. When we arrived, everything was clean and there were so many unexpected things left for us to use - great pool toys, a perfectly supplied kitchen, nice Aveda products in the bathrooms, and even coffee. The owners went out of their way to leave their guests with the best experience!! Another perk - proximity to the beach and not the overcrowded areas (not to mention beach chairs and umbrella set up for us at the beach daily)!! We would definitely stay here again. Couldn't have picked a more perfect home! Five stars is a minimum!! Thank you!! Fabulous, fantastic, awesome...!!!

What a wonderful home and destination! MintToBe has so many thoughtful amenities for families with young children - the gates, high chair, plastic dishware, beach/pool toys all made the stay that much more perfect. The location is wonderful as well - just steps away from the walkway to the beach! Very pleased with everything. Thanks for having us! PS - one suggestion - it would be great if there could be a few additional dish towels in the kitchen. Also, FYI we replaced the can opener as the one in there was broke.

Our family of 10( 4 children ) 6 adults enjoyed our stay. The little ones were protected by the stairway baby gates , which was a plus. Because the little ones were very small 2 and 3 , the bunk bed room only worked for the 7 and 9 year old. Proximity to the beach was a plus, and pool served all of us well each afternoon and evening. Overall the home provided our family a wonderful vacation spot. we appreciated the personal touches and the complimentary gifts to remember our time together. We would recommend this home to anyone. We loved loved Mint to Be. Perfect location. The home is beautiful and everything we needed was provided. The short walk to beach is perfect. Thanks for the wagon to take our beach stuff. My husband and I along with our two children and their spouses enjoyed the home. We also had three grandchildren ages 5,2,1 along. The nightly walks to ice cream shop around the corner was a hit with all of us. We would recommend this home. Also 360 Blue was such an amazing company to rent from, total customer service for sure. We are planning on a 2020 return trip (if we can wait that long!)

This is our second time renting this home because we loved it so much the first time! It is an absolutely perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and watercolor but close enough to drive over for an evening out. It is the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-10). We love the pool and enjoy it every day after being at the beach and the kids enjoyed it every evening while we sat out by the fire pit. We had a wonderful week in BMB staying in Mint to Be. 360 Blue are great folks to work with. Reservations were easy. Communication was prompt and timely. They called a few times leading up to the trip to see if we needed any assistance and a couple times while we were there just to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for our group of 10 that consisted of my wife and me, 2 young kids (7,9) and 6 ""big"" kids 19-24. The house and surrounding area was enjoyed by young and...not as young. The house was so comfortable in every way. The huge open dining/living/kitchen was perfect and felt just like home. The outdoor living area with pool, grill and fire pit was enjoyed every day. The kitchen very well equipped and furnished with all the cookware, utensils and small appliance you could ever use. It was also spotless when we arrived. The house is a very short walk to the beach. Close enough you can run back for a forgotten item and be back in 5 min. We hope Mint to Be ...

Our beach trip with our children and grandchildren was wonderful at the beautiful Mint to Be home!! We enjoyed the location which included privacy while swimming in the private pool and a short walk to the emerald green waters of the gulf. This home is beautifully appointed with everything one needs for a great vacation. We enjoyed the well equipped professional kitchen and ate in most nights. Bikes furnished provided lots of fun! The outdoor shower keeps sand at bay! Thanks for the two beach carts! The 360 Blue team is the best we have experienced!!! Fast responses every time. Everything was fantastic! The layout of the house is perfect for a large group, it was very clean upon our arrival, and the furnishings/finishes were top notch. Extremely easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

We want to thank Blue 360 for their hospitality and professionalism in dealing with our reservation and requests throughout our stay. We loved staying at Mint to Be, it is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever want. It was a fantastic home to host our extended family who were staying in the area as well. This was our 14th year in Blue Mountain Beach and we love it more every year.

We rented this lovely home for Spring break. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 elementary aged children. It was the perfect set up for 2 families. The kids LOVED the bunk room and Queen room and the adults appreciated the two King sized bedrooms. The house was in a perfect location for us as well. It was far enough away from the crazy spring break crowds but close enough to drive into Seaside and Rosemary when the weather wasn't perfect. The walk to the beach took 2 mins and was perfect for our crew! We enjoyed riding our bikes around Blue Mountain beach and to the Blue Mountain Creamery. The pool was not heated which was a bit of a bummer as it was really cold but the kids still swam anyway. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already rebooked to come back at the end of the summer. Looking forward to enjoying ""Mint to be"" again!!!
