We would not recommend this property. This property should be advertised that you cannot park in the driveway. Only a very small sedan can fit into the driveway, otherwise it is street parking that is first come first serve. The street parking is very tight and my car was hit due to this. This house also needs a lot of TLC. The kitchen is not stocked well with utensils, we could not cook well. Furnishings were breaking, the beds were very uncomfortable, it overall looked dirty and neglected. The yard was very unkempt. We usually have a wonderful stay with 360 blue properties and this one was severely lacking. Only one of the beach passes worked during our stay and it took us to contact 360 blue for 3 days to finally get an resolution to
This issue, that still was not fully resolved. You need your passes to access the beach so this was very frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this property.

Our beach trip was one of the best we can recall! first time to Rosemary Beach, and our first stay at beautiful 171 E Kingston Rd. We loved the walkability for anything one could need or want—just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved it and appreciated the ease and cleanliness of 360 Blue!!
