DETAILS: A short walk from the aquamarine waters of the Gulf, nestled within the serene beauty of Rosemary Beach, you'll find this spectacular coastal getaway. Enter through the front door and discover a home that is all about natural light. Near floor-to-ceiling windows with transoms illuminate the entire first floor, including the chef's kitchen with its designer cabinets, premier stainless appliances, marble countertops, and island seating for four. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, which features a flat-screen television, cherry hardwood floors, and an elegant and utterly unique gas-log fireplace.
Ascending the staircase to the second floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with balcony access overlooking the local neighborhood. We always have a great experience when we rent through 360. Great customer service and very responsive. They always have a welcome gift which is a very nice touch and it’s always appreciated. They help with bike rentals, food, and experiences. You can go through them for pretty much everything instead of having to research all the different places. We will always use 360 if they have houses available in our vacation area

”A shore thing” was such a great property to stay at in Rosemary Beach. The location was excellent, very close to shops, restaurants, and beach. The house had plenty of room, plus more for our family of seven. Everything was clean and beautifully take care of a decorated.

September 2022 - Carpenter/Plaisance Family vacation- This was our 3rd year having our family vacation at this beautiful beach house. We absolutely love spending time at this home. It is so relaxing and breathtakingly beautiful. The owners & property manager stays on top of any issue we may have and is great to work with. The house was amazing! Absolutely beautiful, clean and pristine. Perfectly fit our group of 15 girls for a bachelorette party. Everyone loved it! If you have that many guests, I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper , paper towels and cleaning supplies. The extra toiletries were a nice touch!

WOW! THIS HOUSE! A must-see as the pictures do not do this home justice. Chosen for our yearly family vacation, this home exceeded our expectations. From its convenient location to all things Rosemary and Seacrest, to the meticulously thought out decor, comfort, and amenities throughout the house for guests of all ages. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies and patio swing in the mornings and cooking on the state-of-the-art appliances. The natural gas grill on the property was an added bonus when we wanted to stay in for the evening and enjoy the private heated pool while getting our dinner ready and having "cocktails in the courtyard". Then off to game night on the third floor! No worries about privacy in this home either. Each room has its own full bath with comfortable bedding and the master has a luxurious freestanding tub. This was our second time staying at this beautiful house! We absolutely love the house bc it has plenty of room for our whole family and my 2 new grandbabies, the pool and how close it is to the beach and shops. Perfect location for riding bikes around the area or just hanging out in the pool for the day. This has become our favorite place for our yearly family vacation!

We love this house. The set up is great for kids and adults to have their own spaces. Kids loved having a private pool especially since it rain a lot during the week. location of the home is close in proximity to restaurants, shops, beach, and community pools.

Perfect vacation house for our group of 8! The pool and the back porch swing were my go to spots! Every night I soaked in the incredible master bath tub. The kitchen had every tool I needed just like home, and the location couldn't be beat for walking or biking anywhere! Best vacation we've ever had!

Fabulous House!! It's beautifully decorated and the location is great too! You are in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in both Rosemary and Seacrest. We booked this house for a mom/daughter beach trip and we had plenty of room for all of us. Lots of comfy seating in the living room, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the beds were so comfortable!! I will definitely be booking this house again for my next beach trip!!

I cannot adequately describe how impressed I was with this property. I had an idea from the photos on this website, but they do not do justice for what it looks like in person! From the gorgeous decor, fabulous gourmet kitchen, beds that were more comfortable than our own, the heated pool...perfectly nestled in the cozy, dreamy village that is Rosemary Beach...you cannot go wrong choosing this house. The short walk to the beach is quite enjoyable with all the fantastic scenery. We did not have one single issue during our 5 night stay, which was not surprising. Other than not wanting to leave! I cannot wait to book this amazing home again for my next beach trip!!

Perfect house that is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We initially had a problem with the private pool not being heated, but 360 Blue was very quick and professional on getting it fixed. We will definitely be back next year!

We stayed in this beautiful house for a family vacation and gender reveal on the beach for my first grandbaby. We had an absolutely amazing time! We had 11 people total and had plenty of room! The house was breathtakingly beautiful and the owners did a great job stocking and decorating the house! We will definitely be renting this house every year for our family vacation!

143 West Water is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and well appointed properties we have stayed in on 30a and Rosemary Beach. We were recently there for a girls weekend but I would not hesitate to recommend it for a family or couples trip. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach as well as the nearby shops and restaurants in Rosemary and Seacrest. If you enjoy cooking you will not be disappointed in the well thought out kitchen amenities. We also enjoyed having access to the bikes included with the property as well as the relaxing pool, courtyard and grilling area. We are already looking forward to future visits to 142 West Water.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The homeowner has done a great job with every detail. We loved the porch swing!! Our children and 6 grandchildren had plenty of space and loved the house!! This will be a return visit for sure. They label vacations by names- pink house,blue house, elevator house,etc. White House with swing is your label. Thanks for a wonderful stay 360!

Everything in the home was great! There was a large group of us and part of us stayed in the Carriage House. The Carriage House was just as clean and set up as the main house. I loved the cleanliness of everything as well!! We definitely will be using 360 again!!

Absolutely beautiful home! It comes fully equipped with top of the line kitchen appliances! The patio provides a lovely view with a water feature included with the pool. It is centrally located and a nice stroll to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The Carriage House was an added bonus! If you are looking for a first class place to relax, this home is for you!

Stunning home, fully equipped, centrally located! We had a glorious vacation with our adult children & grandchildren... everyone enjoyed the outdoor amenities... the pool, gas grill... the decor has a very calming effect so if you need to get away and relax this is the place for YOU!

Great house for a beach getaway in a wonderful community. Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo has bikes available, which is a wonderful addition as everything is in walking or bike riding distance. The condo was clean and had everything needed for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The community has several pools and tennis courts, which you have access to as well as a private beach access. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again.
