We loved staying in the heart of the square! It was so easy to wake up and grab coffee or get a cold ice cream on the walk back from the beach. It was just 2 adults but the Murphy bed had us planning on when to bring the kids with us! We used the info for chair and umbrella service at the beach and it was lovely. The unit overlooks the deliveries/small parking area but it isn’t industrial and unaesthetic. For being a beach rental I was expecting there to be traces of sand literally everywhere but it was incredibly clean.

We loved our time in the loft! It is beautifully decorated, spacious for the two of us and having a second full bath was wonderful! The kitchen has everything you could need. We loved breakfast and dinner on the balcony. It is so close to everything. We enjoyed the salt and pepper and mini bottles of EVO to assist with cooking.

We loved our stay at Rosemary Flats 2F "Coco Pucci" 104 North Barrett Square! The accommodation was perfect for a couple's weekend but we could have also had 2 children with us with the Murphy bed in the living area. The location is perfect on Barrett Square. The bed was comfortable, the unit very clean and the 2 bathrooms were great so we could both have our own space to get ready! It overlooks the backside of Barrett Square near the end, so you don't have the "view" of the pretty square and lighted trees, but it was still nice to sit on the porch when the weather was warm enough. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed this cute loft for our trip. Was clean to my liking! I'm super picky!! The location was perfect! Only complaint is not about the loft, but that I emailed 360 Blue Management about some concerns we had on the trip and never received a response. That was disappointing.

We spent January and February in Rosemary Beach and can't wait to return again next winter! We have fallen in love with this community, and the location of this condo is perfect. We enjoyed all the local restaurants, the gorgeous ocean views, the pools, and our daily walks along the boardwalk through Rosemary. Minor issues we experienced during our stay were handled immediately by 360 Blue, and communication with them was easy and efficient. The condo will have some upgrades soon, and we are grateful to the owner for allowing us to rent for an extended time again next year. Thank you!

We love this time of the year at the beach. The condo is in a great location and very cute. But it needs a little TLC that happens just from normal wear and tear. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance. It's a great area to ride your bike and run/walk.

We loved our time in Rosemary Beach! We stayed for 3 nights. Explored Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside - each unique and just as charming as the next. Food and drink were delicious (everywhere) - best value was the Happy Hour at Wild Olives, located below this loft. And, we loved the loft. Even though it was just the 2 of us, having 2 full bathrooms was amazing and really cut down on getting ready time (a definite perk). Speaking of perk, we loved being able to perk up with the complimentary local coffee. We're already planning our next trip back to 30A!

We visit 30a and Rosemary Beach often. There is no better beach in America than Rosemary Beach. The condo is in a perfect location and is nicely decorated and equipped. Working with 360 was efficient and they had the condo ready for our arrival. I would recommend an upgraded mattress in the bedroom as it was quite springy, saggy and uncomfortable. We will definitely return to Rosemary Beach and recommend 360 Blue.

We have been vacationing on 30A for many years and especially love Rosemary Beach. Our stay at the Rosemary Flats ""Coco Pucci"" was wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect with incredible shops and restaurants just steps away. The walk to the beach was very easy and mostly shaded! Our flat was very nicely decorated, appointed, and comfortable. Perfect for a couple with a young child. We also loved the superb customer service provided by 360 Blue. They kept us updated via email and the phone app was very useful and informative. Additionally, they called a couple of days prior to our trip to check in with us and see if we needed anything or had any questions. We highly recommend Coco Pucci and 360 Blue!!!!

We loved ""Coco Pucci"". It was a great location and everything was so easy with the Blue 360 app. The condo was furnished nicely and the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, pots, and gadgets we needed to make several of our meals. The Murphy Bed set up was nice, our boys (15 and 13) enjoyed staying on it and the master bed was so comfortable, better than most hotels. This was our first time to the beach and we loved Rosemary Beach. It is such a cute town and so accessible with bikes. I wished there were baskets on the bikes and something to identify them with a million other blue and white bikes around town. We will definitely be back, but will look for a two bedroom place next time.

Great location! The condo was clean, and just as described online. The addition of the Murphy bed was a perfect upgrade to the condo since last year! I love the 360 App - tells me everything I need to know. Too bad you can't access it easily due to cell service in the entire area being so poor. I do wish they'd left more dishwasher tablets, but I know I should have brought some of my own. Thanks for another great vacation. I would rent again for sure!

The condo we rented was very nice and centrally located in Rosemary Beach. The only problem we had was cold and rainy weather. Also enjoyed browsing the small farmers market near the town square.

Our family had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. This flat was perfect for our young family. We were right in the center of fun shops and organized spring break activities such as the childrens' theater and face painting. We will be back and will look to stay in North Barrett Square.

Two of my girlfriends and I SO enjoyed our stay here for our weekend getaway. The lofts were beautiful, clean, conveniently located, and perfect for our needs. We could walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, or the beach from our place. We would definitely do this again. We rented bikes, explored Seaside and Alys Beach, had tapas at La Crema, and relaxed on our balcony. Fantastic weekend!

We are having an AMAZING time on our vacation! What a beautiful beach town, and our flat is so cute and quaint. This is by far the best time if year to come to the beach. We are already looking forward to coming back!

This is a lovely spot to spend the christmas holiday. Few crowds, great time to kick back and relax. The flat was ideally located; perfect proximity to restaurants & shops. Very comfortable.
