This upscale condo provides a luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen, plasma TVs, and plenty of room - nearly 2,000 sq. feet! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6): FIRST FLOOR: - Kids' Bonus Sleeping Area: 2 Twin Beds SECOND FLOOR: - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Attached Bathroom with shower only - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Attached Bathroom with shower only In addition, you also have access to the these fantastic Rosemary Beach amenities: - Coquina Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm. - Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am & 8 pm-10 pm) - Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm. - Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
