Entry to guest spaces is on the second floor. Guests may choose between a primary bedroom, two guest bedrooms, or a bunk area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A guest bedroom has a king bed, private access to a large porch with Gulf views, and a bathroom with shower. A third guest bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A large, open bunk area opens onto a porch with Gulf views and has 3 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a foosball table, and access to a laundry room.
The kitchen and main living spaces are on the third floor to take full advantage of the spectacular Gulf views. Guests can see the Gulf from both the living room and the renovated kitchen, where premium appliances and a dine-in counter with seating for 3 provide ample space for meal prep. An expansive living area feels even more prominent thanks to a vaulted ceiling finished in natural wood. Glass doors from the living room open onto a porch with an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and a premium gas grill. This house had many issues which were not disclosed or reported or repaired. Each day something else went wrong. Air upstairs and downstairs stopped working and blowing hot air. 6 different maintenance people came out and still the air conditioning went out. They fixed it per se but it still went out again and again. Hard to reach 360 blue. Only messages or texts. No follow ups. Garage door panel didn’t work. Ice maker was already broken and not disclosed. Dryer burnt up clothes and made horrible clanking noises. Two bottom rooms had to keep fans running into the rooms to keep them cool enough to stay in. But at least the house was clean. Pretty property. Too many maintenance issues. Pictures shows nothing in front of house to beach. It was not a clear view as represented.

It appeared that none of the rugs had been vacuumed as there was a lot of dust and sand in and under the rugs. There was also trash underneath the sofas. The primary bedroom was the only room with the bed made. The other rooms had sheets at the foot of the bed.
Also, there were ants all over the 3rd floor and we sprayed several times but they kept coming back and getting into our food. We also saw a roach on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing it was to encounter debris under the furniture, have concerns about the bedroom setup, and deal with persistent ants while trying to enjoy your vacation. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the ant activity. After you reported the issue, our maintenance team responded promptly, treated the affected areas, and returned for a follow-up visit when the ants persisted. We also immediately contacted a professional pest control vendor; however, because of the holiday weekend, emergency service was unavailable until after the holiday period. In the meantime, additional treatment was provided onsite to help minimize the issue until professional pest control services could be performed. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for further review, and we regret that this issue impacted your overall experience. We hope to welcome you back for a smoother stay in the future.

The house was magnificent! We shared the location with two other small families and it was perfect. Walking the beach was a breeze and it was centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Amazing ocean front views from the living room and balconies. I would highly suggest this location for anyone looking to be on the beach but not direct oceanfront. Bring your own chairs or beach rentals were available.

We had a wonderful stay at liberty by the sea. It is a beautiful home. It is spacious, clean and the location is great. The views are spectacular. It’s a perfect beach getaway. I can’t wait to book it again.
