DETAILS: “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Seagrove Beach home that sleeps 12. Close to 2 beach accesses, this beach cottage has a private pool, balconies, and is professionally decorated in a modern beach style.
A delightful, screened porch opens to a living, dining, and kitchen space with views of a large pool and courtyard. Dark wood floors and white, neutral tones create a relaxing space for friends and family to gather in throughout the home. A wonderful chaise sectional sofa and chairs surround a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. The area is brightened by sunlight spilling through glass doors that open to a generous courtyard and pool. Guests can sleep beneath palm trees or get a few laps in before the day gets busy. A shaded outdoor sitting area is a comfortable spot to eat lunch cooked on the gas grill. Stepping back inside, guests will see a sleek dining table sitting beside a kitchen with premium stainless-steel appliances and a granite-topped island with a gas cooktop and chairs for 4. Interesting cabinet details and shiplap lend a nautical feel to the space. Across from the kitchen is a primary bedroom with a king bed. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom to the outdoor sitting area and pool. A private bathroom has double sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower.
A roomy desk at the landing on the second floor is an out-of-the-way spot to catch up on work. Guests may select between 3 guest bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. 2 guest bedrooms offer king beds, private bathrooms with showers, and doors that open to a balcony overlooking the pool. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the bunk bedroom. 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds are built-in, and each has its own reading light.

Our recent stay at 90 Brown Street in Santa Rosa Beach was absolutely phenomenal! The house itself was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.
What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional communication and responsiveness. Any time we had a question or small request, the response was immediate and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find a property where both the home and the service exceed expectations, but this one truly did.
We can’t wait to return and will be recommending 90 Brown Street to all of our friends and family. Five stars all the way!
