The house was just amazing and very close to the beach which made getting back for lunch or getting the young kids back for lunch or naps very easy and convenient.
Other great features: Having 2 washers and dryers was a great feature. With a houseful of people, we were able to keep up with wash every day and no one really waited to get a load done. Having 2 dishwashers was also great. With a lot of people in the house, we generated a lot of dirty dishes. We would fill one up and then start it and then start to load dishes in the empty one. It worked well. The kitchen table was huge so we were able to all sit at the table for dinner together. Multiple balconies with seating areas was nice. People could find a quite place to read, relax or take work phone calls. Loved the seating area on the roof. What a view! Having the pool towels available was also a big convenience. A major surprise was having an elevator in the house. It made getting luggage and groceries up and down from the ground floor up to the bedrooms really easy and was convenient for some of our guests with bad knees. Finally, appreciated the communication from 360 Blue throughout the process. Getting a complete welcome package and the 360 App really helped us maximize our stay and have all our needed information in one place. Service was timely and helpful. Being assigned a contact person (Elle) to help with questions during our stay was comforting and helpful. We did call her with questions or help and she was great! This was a house that helped us create a lot of great memories.
Some Opportunities for Improvement - I realize we were there mid-season so the house was getting a lot of use with little time for maintenance but here are a few things we noticed:
- There were many TV remotes on the mantle and only one TV - Where were the others supposed to go?
- One of the TV's in the bunkroom on main floor was not working.
- Large fan over the sitting area over the fireplace had no remote so was not functional. This was called in to 360. They tried to fix but couldn't find a remote to work it. It wasn't a big deal and we told 360 that it wasn't a priority to fix.
- Could not find any way to control the fan on one of the balconies. There was a light switch that turned it on, but it turned so slowly as to not provide any breeze at all.
- 2 of 6 chairs around the roof table had ripped seats so could not be used.
- The hood over the range was not working. We called 360 and were told that it was a known problem that the owners were evaluating with respect to replacement. It would have been nice to know in advance. Although functioning, the hood over the patio grill didn't sound good and may be on its last legs as well.
That seems like a lot of negative things, but they were all minor.
Overall feedback - This was a great house and was ideal for our extended family to enjoy a week of fun and to build and strengthen relationships. The service and support provided by

This was our second time to stay at 35 Camellia (The Coast is Clear). We absolutely love this property. No doubt we will book it again The house is perfect for a big group, yet cozy and intimate. The kind beds are a giant plus and the number of bathrooms are perfect. Everything is nearby and there is ample parking.

The house at 35 Camilla is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our family of 18 and loved being able to seat everyone together at the one big dining room table. Bunk rooms were perfect for all the grand kids...and they loved them! To top it all off - the service of 360 Blue was truly concierge level service. WOW WOW WOW! From the very moment we booked "Coast is Clear" we counted down the days and when we arrived, our mouths dropped open. EVERY aspect of this amazing home was just perfectly suited for all 20 of us! The expansiveness on all four levels (includes the large rooftop for viewing sunrises and sunsets) made us all feel like we were on a real vacation! The custom built in bunk beds with large oversized mattresses (unlike my childhood days, these are suitable for adults!)
The very private outdoor backyard with shaded palm trees and covered grilling-kitchen area was perfect to chill while we swam in the (heated) pool. We played and played with the kids every day. Inside the pool table saw action all night (as did the mini bar and fridge!)
The main level is the TRUE SHOW STOPPER!! A truly stunning kitchen that opens into a large OVERSIZED square dining table that comfortable seats 18 (we moved chairs in to accommodate more kids) and the bar stools allowed us all to celebrate two birthdays together. (Remember those days when we used to all dine together as a family?!!)

We had a great week staying in Coast is Clear. Even though we had rain most of the week, we enjoyed the home and pool! We had 11 adults and 7 children, but plenty of room to spread out. When we did go to the beach it was only steps away and convenient! Concierge and maintenance were very helpful and prompt when needed. Would strongly recommend this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time in our house "The Coast is Clear", for the 2nd year in a row. we did have some issues and malfunctions, but the staff was awesome and gave us immediate attention in taking care of problems as quickly as possible. our guest concierges were terrific. Both Hope and Jackie were extra accommodating and checked on us regularly and responded immediately when we needed something or had questions. And Cameron from maintenance came out to help us several times. They all are great employees, and I wanted to make sure you know how helpful and friendly they are to your guests.

This house is absolutely amazing for groups. We were in town for a wedding in Seaside but wanted a house that we could all stay in. This house was perfect for our group of 19 and comfortably accommodated everyone. The pool, views, and amenities are amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and everyone said their bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms are absolutely outstanding. Our concierge Hope was super helpful and responsive. We had an issue with locking one of the bathroom doors from the inside, and someone was able to come fix it the same day. It was a short walk to Seaside and even shorter ride on the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

This house and location was fantastic ! Gorgeous decor and fun for all ! We had teenagers, grandma, and my husband and I, so accommodating for everyone; our own pool, game room, etc. A walk right across the street to the beach ! You can take the golf cart pretty much everywhere. Super close to a major grocery store and biking/ walking/ golf carting distance to downtown Watercolor. We had some minor service issues, but 360Blue responded.

What an amazing place. We had a group of 22 and fit us all comfortably! The cleaning was delayed by 1 1/2 but 360 Blue rental made it right. The beach walk was easy even for younger kids and my older parents to walk to and from the house with ease. The rooftop is perfect for sunset views. So many memories made with a beautiful home. We will definitely be back. The home just needs a broom! Although it does have a vacuum system it was just a bit a work to lug the hoses everywhere everyday. We had family cooking competition and this kitchen was perfect for an amazing meal to serve a huge family.

We loved ""Coast is Clear"". We stayed in the home with 25 friends and family and the house easily handled the crowd. The pool and game room were a big hit with the kids. With all of the decks and living spaces this house easily handled our group, without feeling crowded. We have stayed in several houses in the seaside area over the years and this is one of the best houses and by far in the best shape.

Beautiful artwork throughout and the kitchen was amazing with three different coffee makers, ice machine, large walk in pantry, two dishwashers and loads of serving pieces and flatware. We love our vacations in 30A and staying in a home like this one made it all the more special. The pool and deck area were spacious and well furnished with chaise lounges and chairs. The outdoor kitchen was also a great bonus for a family who loves to grill. Thank you 360 Blue for this wonderful week in Seagrove Beach. We all hated to leave this lovely home!

15 people. Perfect for family's with kids as the kids as great bunks and adults all had king bed. Great location and easy beach access. Our favorite part of the house was watching the sunset and ocean in the rooftop balcony as a family! Everything is new and fresh! Service was wonderful and prompt. The only issue we had was there was a leak from the top floor master bedroom into the kitchen. This made the top master bathtub unusable for our trip. So we had to give baths to our son in the second floor tub. Also, make sure to buy/bring cleaning/counter spray and trash bags. Wonderful trip and beautiful home! Hope to stay there again!

This was our second year staying in Coast is Clear. Some things we love about the home: It's spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had more than enough room for ten adults and ten children. We love the large kitchen and dining table for 16. Each couple had a king bedroom with a private bathroom. Our ten children loved the bunk rooms and the pool. Wonderful views of the gulf from the rooftop deck and top level bedrooms. Short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Seaside. 360 Blue is so responsive to any request while there. We loved our stays each year and look forward to more stays in the future!

5 partial families. 7 days at the beach. Great times. We loved the house, and the service was top notch. Great location. Included bikes, beach set up, and golf cart were a huge hit. Will definitely try and rent again. If I had to nit pick...I might suggest stocking trash bags, paper towels, and soap/shampoo a bit better. Had to rush to store day 1 as the 2 included trash bags didn't last long. But all in all, we loved it. I would recommend without reservation.

We couldn't have had a more beautiful place to host our intimate wedding on January 11, 2019. It was the perfect home to host our closest friends and family. From the awesome basement area with pool table where we had plenty of space for a bar and appetizers to the beautiful 2nd floor living area where we had a wonderful catered dinner and dancing. We can't wait to come back and make more memories! The only things we wished the house had: Blackout shades in the bedrooms! 360 Blue was very responsive with a couple of maintenance issues we had upon arrival, great company to work with.

My wife and I had an absolutely awesome time in ""The Coast Is Clear"" ! We run The Kingdom Impact Center in Panama City, which is a command Center where people can bring donations and can also get what they need. To date over 7000 hot meals have been served from our property. So we visited 30A to get away and refresh for a couple days. And we definitely refreshed! Jeremy and Keisha... THANK YOU!!! We loved our experience here! The house is unbelievably beautiful; fresh and impeccably clean. Every room is a lesson in luxury and design, down to the last detail. The rooftop deck is a trip to heaven, with its breathtaking view of sky and sparkling sea, (also visible from most bedrooms). The layout is perfect for large group togetherness, but also for finding a quiet corner to read. There were 12 of us, but the house could comfortably accommodate at least twice as many. It is a snap getting around. The house comes with bikes, which we rode to Grayton Beach State Park in about 20 minutes. The center of Seaside, which has a great variety of places to eat, is a 5-10 minute walk. The entrance to the beach is just across the street. (Close enough for convenience, yet very private). The house is located in an area that is right at the center of glorious Santa Rosa Beach. It extends as far as the eye can see in either direction. We had the entire beach to ourselves on most days... Coast is Clear is a perfect name for our beach experience! We hope to be back again.

We had an amazing time in your beautiful home! 5 families met from Florida and Georgia. The house consumed all of us and there so much room. The beach access was easy and the beach chairs were nice. We loved having the outdoor areas and the rooftop was perfect. A great time was had by all.

We had a wonderful family vacation for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The beach was spectacular and amongst the best we've ever been to - 2 minutes from house and crystal clear, warm ocean with spotless white sandy beach. The house was clean and well-maintained with every comfort and fabulous pool. Check in was easy and effortless. We would definitely stay here and with 360Blue again

This was a beautiful home for an extended family vacation (13 of us total)... it was conveniently located away from crowded Seaside but a quick golf cart ride or car drive away & there was always easy parking. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, easy to walk to with our 3 toddlers. This is the 2nd year in a row we've used 360 Blue who have taken excellent care of us throughout our stay each time! The house was fabulous, a/c felt amazing, lots of room for people to spread out & the pool was also fabulous! Luxury at its best! The complimentary umbrella & 2 chairs for the beach that were set up daily & the bikes provided were perfect for families that had their hands full with toddlers and beach toys/ towels.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving at Coast is Clear. The home is gorgeous and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. We had 15 family members for the festivities. We are a family of ""foodies"" - 2 professional chefs, 1- Restauranteur, 1 sous chef and lots of happy hungry others. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner almost every day during our stay. We the enjoyed the game room and playing pool. The upper deck was a favorite spot for sunsets, morning coffee and star gazing at night. The Audio/Video system was a bonus when we watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We have fallen in love with Coast is Clear and hope to return for more of the same. Thanks to 360 Blue for taking care of our every need. Top notch first class!!
