    The house was just amazing and very close to the beach which made getting back for lunch or getting the young kids back for lunch or naps very easy and convenient. Other great features: Having 2 washers and dryers was a great feature. With a houseful of people, we were able to keep up with wash every day and no one really waited to get a load done. Having 2 dishwashers was also great. With a lot of people in the house, we generated a lot of dirty dishes. We would fill one up and then start it and then start to load dishes in the empty one. It worked well. The kitchen table was huge so we were able to all sit at the table for dinner together. Multiple balconies with seating areas was nice. People could find a quite place to read, relax or take work phone calls. Loved the seating area on the roof. What a view! Having the pool towels available was also a big convenience. A major surprise was having an elevator in the house. It made getting luggage and groceries up and down from the ground floor up to the bedrooms really easy and was convenient for some of our guests with bad knees. Finally, appreciated the communication from 360 Blue throughout the process. Getting a complete welcome package and the 360 App really helped us maximize our stay and have all our needed information in one place. Service was timely and helpful. Being assigned a contact person (Elle) to help with questions during our stay was comforting and helpful. We did call her with questions or help and she was great! This was a house that helped us create a lot of great memories. Some Opportunities for Improvement - I realize we were there mid-season so the house was getting a lot of use with little time for maintenance but here are a few things we noticed: - There were many TV remotes on the mantle and only one TV - Where were the others supposed to go? - One of the TV's in the bunkroom on main floor was not working. - Large fan over the sitting area over the fireplace had no remote so was not functional. This was called in to 360. They tried to fix but couldn't find a remote to work it. It wasn't a big deal and we told 360 that it wasn't a priority to fix. - Could not find any way to control the fan on one of the balconies. There was a light switch that turned it on, but it turned so slowly as to not provide any breeze at all. - 2 of 6 chairs around the roof table had ripped seats so could not be used. - The hood over the range was not working. We called 360 and were told that it was a known problem that the owners were evaluating with respect to replacement. It would have been nice to know in advance. Although functioning, the hood over the patio grill didn't sound good and may be on its last legs as well. That seems like a lot of negative things, but they were all minor. Overall feedback - This was a great house and was ideal for our extended family to enjoy a week of fun and to build and strengthen relationships. The service and support provided by
