It's a great house and location, but we had a ton of issues:
1. The downstairs TV did not work - thanks for eventually getting us a new one
2. The stovetop did not properly work, and we had to call the fire department due to a gas leak in the stove. We also learned the stove is not up to code with the gas line. That cost us an entire evening, and we finally resolved it on Monday night at 11:30pm. Our group had to leave at 9am the next day and we were hoping to have breakfast prepared ahead of time. This did not allow us to do so. We then had to operate with only two burners on the stove the rest of the week... and hope the gas smell did not come back.
3. The air conditioning went out on the 3rd floor - thank you for resolving
4. The neighbor behind the property was having some trees cut down on Thursday, specifically a tree adjacent to our pool. The tree contractor spent Thursday afternoon cutting very large branches, and they were landing on the property, alongside our pool. Sawdust was flying everywhere, and it made for a very unenjoyable time to be in the pool. This contractor was on a ladder, overlooking our pool, and he even put a ladder down our side of the property, essentially trespassing onto the property. We had a bunch of teenage girls and moms staying at the house, and we did not feel comfortable with the trespassing, all while he was hanging over the fence while our girls were in the pool, and letting these very large branches fall into the pool area.
I am still waiting for the Property Manager / Case Manager to call me. On Saturday I received a text that someone would be in touch within 72 hours and I have yet to get a call. Please don't make me resort to online reviews to get your attention. We shared this property with others ahead of our trip and I'm not sure I can now recommend it.

Outstanding location for walkability to the public beach access as well as only a mile walk, bike ride or low speed vehicle ride to town!

We had a great trip and easily fit 5 families in this house! The upstairs game room and bunks as well as master bedroom with bunks was a perfect spot for all of the kids on the trip. The house had plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved having the 2 dishwashers and refrigerators. The beach is a very short walk and we appreciated having a crosswalk at the end of the street which made crossing easy. The pool is a nice size and we liked being at the end of the street.
