This coastal classic 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in WaterColor features modern, updated interiors and appliances throughout the home with natural light shining through to create an open and airy feel. The home is located in the award-winning community of WaterColor, with a beach club, neighborhood pools, tennis courts, parks, and nature trails all around you. The first floor has an open living area and kitchen with a laundry room attached. The dining table can seat 8 guests for a meal. There is also a patio and screened porch on the first floor with extra outdoor seating. The primary bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed and private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second floor has its own living area overlooking the balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows. The next guest room has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles and private bathroom. The last room features 2 queen beds with a private bathroom attached and balcony access. Take the bikes for a ride through the neighborhood to the nearby Gulf for a quick, scenic adventure! There are boutiques, restaurants, and more to be discovered at WaterColor and the neighboring Seaside. Don't miss your chance to stay at 143 Buttercup!     This house was great! The location to the beach is so convenient. We had our adult kids and grandkids and the sleeping arrangement worked out perfectly. Every room has a bathroom which is such a luxury. We highly recommend. Just a head's up to those renting, if you are staying with small children you will need a golf cart. It made everything easier. Another tip: This house provides a small supply of necessities, if you are staying longer than a weekend you will need to bring or purchase the essentials. Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, SPICES & condiments. To the management, I would suggest putting non-slip rug pads under the rugs at each entrance/exit. Everyone almost fell coming and going because the rug would slip out from under their feet.

    the home was really nice and perfect for our group. we did have an issue with not enough bands for the beachclub and pools and that was very inconvenient for the first full day. some of our group could not use the facilities for a full day because of this.
