Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 188 Spartina Circle is a beautiful home in the Camp District of Watercolor. This home features two large porches in the front and back of the home. On the front porch, there are 4 lounge chairs and a round table on one side, and an outdoor couch and coffee table on the other. The back porch is screened in with a couch and two sets of club chairs which provide ample space to enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! Upon entering the home, you will notice the open floor plan with beautiful white club chairs and a couch, a wooden desk with a chair on each side, and a wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The other half of this spacious first-floor design is occupied by the beautiful kitchen featuring a large island, bar seats for 3, and all of the prerequisite modern appliances needed for a delicious home-cooked meal.
