Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: You are sure to smile as soon as you enter this beautiful cottage decorated in a coastal style, located near the beach and pool! A wonderful open deck welcomes you with plenty of seating and a built in grill. Enter into a cozy beach-style living area, which features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a living room with ample seating and a television with DVD and stereo. The comfortable dining area is adjacent to the bright and airy kitchen and provides stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and also a center island counter. There is a convenient office area that offers a desk with a high-speed Internet connection. The primary suite and a second bedroom are also located on the first floor. The private primary bedroom features large windows, a king bed, TV, and a connecting bath with a double vanity and a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom features a king sized bed, a TV, and a connecting bath with a 2 separate vanities with a shower/tub combo. On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms and a cozy sitting area. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a television. Leading into the second bedroom is a set of twin bunks and a chalk board wall where the kids will love to make masterpieces. When entering the second bedroom, you will find a twin bed with trundle and TV. There is a separate bath with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The comfortable sitting area features a daybed style couch and additional chairs where you can relax with a good book. This terrific home also offers an outdoor shower and a carport.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Overall, the experience was superb as usual. We have stayed in the same house at least 5 times and plan to do so again. The only minor issues were that the Keurig reservoir had a hole in it and the gas grill does not work. These are minor and did not take away from our week. Thanks very much!
